I like that, it should be made easier with Gueye now actually looking like he knows what he's doing. He's been nuisance value up until the last 3 games, he's now looking like a proper centre forward, and no doubt he'll improve further. I think he suffers same as Nyambe to be honest. People go into games looking for the negatives and don't acknowledge the positives. Constantly highlight the negatives and don't acknowledge the positives and you soon have yourself a poorer player. As I've said before, if the team as a whole puts in a poor performance, Dolan is criticised more than most, the criticism is disproportionate.

Keep it real, he'd absolutely no chance with the goal at Oxford for a start.
