Feel for GB, clearly being told to cut the wage bill but by some miracle try and improve the squad. This cannot carry on forever. The signings generally look like an attempt to increase the physicality of the side. O’Riordan, Koumetio, McFadzean and McGuire all big lads. I’m sure we will now play 3 centre halves and look to be more solid. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Gally, McGuire and Szmodics all in the team as well.

Not ITK but suspect Omar Rekik might be on the way to a Championship Club. Highly rated, just returned to Arsenal from a loan at Wigan, played well at Ewood last season for them. Couple of injury issues recently have meant he hasn’t played that much for Wigan this season. Could do a lot worse.

Hyam is clearly one of our stand out players. He’s been rushed back from injury by the management team because of our current plight and it’s obvious he’s not 100% fit. Why do our supporters have no understanding of form. Playing poorly for a few games does not make you a bad player.
