He's never fully recovered from his injury last year. Hopefully this season he stays fit and we see the best out of him -

Agree. Wow really didn't know about the TM connection. Makes a lot of sense though. He is poor. Anyone would have seen after last season we required someone to replace TK but the club just haven't. It's so sad. We've had some class keepers over the years. The club should have more pride about who gets the no.1 shirt. It's got so much history and significance. -

Sorry I thought his quotes were clear. He has no influence at the club stayed by himself He hasn't enforced Sammie to train He has no idea what condition Sammie will be in He may even play Sammie on Friday He comes across clueless in that interview -

What a weak manager "It has been disruptive but it's out of my hands, I can't do much about it. We get on with it, we have a great squad of players that can come in and fill different positions if they're needed. There are no issues". "Yes (I'd like to draw a line in the sand) but again that's out of my hands. That is up to the club, they're talking and they're in charge of the money side. My job is to coach the team." "Sam is a top, top player at this level. Would we like him in the starting XI? Of course, we would. Eventually, that might happen. "At the moment, he hasn't trained or played for the last three or four weeks. We have to protect the lad as well. "(Could he be involved?) Possibly, we'll have to wait and see." Pathetic from everyone involved. No way should Sammie play if he isn't match fit or trained for 4 weeks. Player welfare is paramount. -

"The direction that the club wants to go in is what attracted me,” Gallagher told Stoke's official site. “There is an eagerness to climb the league which aligns with what I want to achieve." Big Sam disagrees. -

Cheers..info below More could follow, as Newcastle hope to finalise the signing of Blackburn talent Rory Finneran in the coming weeks. The 16-year-old Irish youth international became Rovers’ youngest-ever player to feature in a first-team game earlier this year, featuring for the Championship side in the FA Cup. He’s expected to be the next Academy arrival ahead of the 2024/25 season if all goes to plan, with Newcastle believing they’ve held off competition from a number of clubs in England and Germany. The club have also hired a new Under-16 lead coach, with PSV’s Jack Brazil leaving the Dutch giants to take up a new position at the club.
