  1. Yes he played last night but they pulled bucko from that game they should be playing gilsenan now ffs
  2. Starting gally again. Wow. If he gets injured I definitely blame the coaches. We don't have loads of choice but gally needs a rest
  3. Yeh I'm the same. Part of me tho is thinking he needs the summer to get his tactics drilled and embedded in to the squad so it's worth ignoring all the BS that comes out of the club for now because they are trying to paint a picture of positivity.
  4. "It is something we're looking at, we've been in for a week and you can't change everything straight away with the amount of games that we've had. "We haven't had much time to train. We're tweaking little things here and there. At Birmingham, we defended them very well. "We just need to keep working on the training field and work as hard as we can on that. "We have to give responsibility to the players to understand what it takes to defend the goal. It's not just the first phase of the attack, it's the second and third phase until we clear the ball out of the danger zone. "That's what we have to do on the training field and we will be doing that. It's evident that we didn't do that on Saturday."
  5. I was at ewood when dahlin scored a peach against Liverpool. Was one of my favourite goals as a kid haha, loved that team.
  6. I'd take either right now. Gally isn't going to last the season playing 90+mins twice a week. Can't believe we sold Ennis and didn't replace him either. Leaving us with telalovic
  7. Yeh it's great for the club and a focus on our academy. Watching him playing just now and he's hardly involved just wanders around whilst is frustrating, he looks like he is clearly well drilled and coached on what he is expected to do and not do and he picks out a beauty of a pass. He looks like he is going to be dictating the mf in the not too near future and just surveying what's going on around him, whilst his ball touches, passes and interceptions arent high numbers his positional play and ability to accelerate into spaces is good
  8. Yeh it is literally fair but I'm just annoyed about the Mcguire deal.
  9. Haha brilliant. I think I like pears a bit more now! What was swags response?
  10. Funny you mentioned that about Adam. Just watching the palace Everton game and he is doing just that. It's quite obvious in a game played with a bit more quality than championship. Hope bucko gets his form in quick too seeing as he will be playing tomorrow now
  11. Let's hope tomorrow is the 1in 4 JE said earlier - "We have John Buckley as well coming back in. He was due to play for the Under-21s tonight at Derby but we've pulled him out of that game. "He'll be involved tomorrow at some point tomorrow night and I am excited about that"
  12. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/68341348 So unfair. We can't conclude a deal on deadline day but these lot can sign someone a month later
  13. He's up against McNeill and I'm loving the ex rovers ex scum battle.. however he does look a little slow and lost out there at times. The occasional jog back to defence to help out. put a couple of peach balls through too mind
  14. Agreed. especially with it on sky. Sad news about Roy
  15. It's going to be cold, wet and dark in Cardiff. The pitch will be a shocker too so hope they are prepared
  16. Haha Yeh it's almost not even worth watching the noise coming out of the club now. Jdt was our shining light on the venkys bs.
  17. Goodbye Beale! Sunderland onto another manager
  18. ""He has come in and been a breath of fresh air, real positive thinking. He's told the lads that he's very keen to work with this group and that's what we want to hear. We want to work with him too." Hedges https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/24127893.hedges-sends-clear-blackburn-message-eustace-impact/ was he one of the "senior players" at the meet? @J*B
  19. Yeh we are so short in MF. Especially without Adam now. Bucko has had a tough season but he wasn't terrible in TM tenure. Maybe JEs approach to man management (ie calling gally a gentleman who then scores) can get the best out of bucko?
  20. I'm amazed they don't stay overnight and train pre match and rehab post match in Cardiff Tues & weds. It's a long ol' journey otherwise. Thanks EFL for the reschedule !
  21. @chaddyrovers @Mercerwe are all friends and fellow rovers fans here. Let's not allow the venkys to get us divided. Back to JE.. He's reporting bucko back with u21s and he is keen to reintegrate him back into the first team, depth we need urgently. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/24126685.eustace-blackburn-rovers-injuries-john-buckley-plan/
  22. Reckon we should /could cash in on in the summer?
  23. Thanks mate. Unfortunately not much of an update from rovers. Wish the update would be "venkys have agreed to sell the club"
