  1. Arsenal also wearing yellow playing away from home
  2. Wow. Still no Ennis. Why did we sign him again?
  3. Any word from the Gaffer? Any links?
  4. I trust jdt and agree Sammie should have been subbed but we don't have the depth and you know these lads don't want to come off even if they should
  5. That's appalling. Blimey. football owners should not be allowed to do this
  6. Do we have an available best 11?!
  7. Agreed. We need depth. Amazing that it's end of Oct and most of the summer signings haven't really been playing a lot considering we thought we did business early. The Swansea game shows we have zero depth. This game will just take the mic. I hope they go easy on us
  8. Queens Park Rangers have appointed Hammarby boss Marti Cifuentes as their new head coach. The 41-year-old replaces Gareth Ainsworth who was sacked on Saturday after a sixth straight Championship loss left them 23rd in the table. Spaniard Cifuentes was in charge of the Swedish top-flight side for two years. Perhaps we aren't at risk of losing JDT after all, clubs will just go to the Scandinavian leagues now
  9. Yes me too. Glad it's back at ewood. No more bus stories today!
  10. That list is big! The main memory I have is when Martin Olsson went. Him and his brother were good at rovers. Swansea are a different side to those attacking days of laudraup etc. hopefully a good home win today please boys
  11. Tomasson has confirmed Hyam will 'not be back next week' but wouldn't be more specific on when he might return, though said it would not be before the international break. Scott Wharton is in line to start against Swansea City after doing well at The Den. "Dom is out which is a blow for the team," Tomasson said. "He can play with pain and he'll do that for the club and the fans but he can't play injured." Ah bugger. Oh well. S Wharton did eventually start performing better as he grew in to the game. Hope he is able to be solid at the back tomorrow
  12. Agreed with all above and in addition still have Leonard and Gally to come back. The gaffer clearly values gally so I think we have to consider his absence as well.
  13. Good try but I think the EFL would notice if we fielded 12 players
  14. Modern GKs are being asked to do so much more than we expected before. The younger crop will be different. For now we are going to have to suffer with these calamity mistakes. Look at Raya or onana. Arsenal and manure are "big clubs" and they make the same mistakes
  15. Sammie is great for so many reasons. A true leader
  16. Good point. Have started a new thread. Games coming thick and fast!
  17. Big win last night. Can we retain the momentum? Predictive line up? I sense the same 11 as last night
  18. LOL Had to take it back to wagg didn't ya! Haha
  19. indeed. blimmin LT. who trusts them anyway
  20. Rovers had lost nine of their 11 away [midweek] Championship matches, stretching back to September 2021, before tonight, last winning at Blackpool in August 2022. Jheez. Very important win
  21. "When a goalkeeper makes a mistake, it costs goals," Tomasson said. "When a centre-back makes a mistake, it costs goals. "When a striker makes a mistake, not scoring those chances, it doesn't cost games. I think he can share a beer on the bus back to Rovers." Legend
