  1. I've never seen Edun play live, he doesn't get many games either, is he not any good or not rated?
  2. JRC could play there if JDT considers Morton that bad.. he either doesn't consider him that bad, he isn't that bad, or he has some contractual agreement to play X mins.
  3. He did, just wondering if this was part of an old regime agreement pre- Broughton. Either way wasnt great for us and Broughton hasn't give me much hope apart from the recent contract renewals. Wonder what Klopp thinks of the kid
  4. Was Broughton involved in Morton?
  5. I do like Gally and tbf to him he was one of the few players chatting to the fans before the game after training and getting selfies with the fans but we need to remember who owns the no.9 shirt. Shearer. I think they need to really respect that shirt and give it to a decent out and out no.9
  6. Yes that's what I was thinking too Definitely..3mids especially if JDT continues to play Morton Start Gally again? He offers very little upfront. He isn't clinical. Shouldn't be wearing the no9 in my opinion.
  7. Thomas doesn't deserve to start after yesterday's performance
  8. As you say Gally can't score.. would yo keep him? I think he offers very little. We should play Sammy and Dack up there
  9. Agreed to all this. Also was he signed by JDT? Can't remember if this was part of the old regime and wonder if we will be planning to recruit from Liverpool again this summer..
  10. Not a bad call..maybe he will be loaned out there next season?
  11. Sounds feasible. JDT seems to know when to bring in youth. He doesn't shy away too much about Adam so things may be resolved. Or maybe Adam just needs to work harder in training?
  12. Think we will see him again this season?
  13. I've started a separate thread on Morton.. seems like it's required 😃
  14. Starting this thread because there is A LOT of chat about him in the forum's before during and after every game. Can we post some strengths? He gets to play a lot of games so JDT sees something in him ?
  15. Appearance or minutes? He seems to play a lot more minutes than he has quality/ability this season.. Also wonder if the Liverpool agreements were part of the old regime or whether we will get another loanee next season
  16. Hi mate. Cheers. The fans made the day. So good to watch Rovers live with our fans but shame we couldn't put some chances away. I get that this is a project and it will take time for it all to click. Hope Broughton can really support JDT this summer. JDTs interviews seem quite genuine and he analysed today's game well as per. Just need some better players..I wonder if Morton has contractual obligations to play X mins?
  17. The crowd were the only thing good about today. Epic away fans. Shocking display with no creativity or output but our fans are the best. Great atmosphere. Birmingham literally sounded like a library if our fans weren't chanting. Think the players recognised this too and came over to applaud at the end but the security staff ushered them to the opposite end of the pitch to the tunnel.
  18. What are our alternatives for cm? They were poor today but so were the wingers, attackers, pretty much everyone was disappointing. Such a shame. First 20mins looked like we could be 3-0 up if anyone had any clinical quality. Just kept passing it in the box and passing it to Ruddy. Poor. Poor poor game.
  19. Birmingham away fans meet up "Some away supporters recommend the Cricketers Arms – which allows both home and away supporters in a friendly atmosphere" Cricketers Arms 0121 772 7797 48 Little Green Ln, Birmingham B9 5AX https://maps.app.goo.gl/L8fDmw8SmsKzS8T4A A few of us will be meeting there from 11/12 onwards. Good to see as many rovers fans there. Hope we sell out today!
  20. These look like great options for a pub meet up tomorrow. I'll set up a WhatsApp group in the morning chaps and add those who've sent me their number. Look forward to a meet up and a beer before the game to get us ready for the match. Should be a great game!
  21. We need a good crowd there tomorrow. Can't wait!! Message me if you are up for a beer pre match
  22. "We had Bez [Brereton Diaz] come off after 51 minutes and had an extremely long journey back," Tomasson reported to RoversTV in his pre-match press conference ahead of the journey to St Andrew's. Ben Brereton Sunderland.jpg “He’s a player who is a bit doubtful, but we’d love to have Ben involved because he’s a player who has scored three goals in our last three games. “He had a bit of a sore hamstring a month or so ago and the travelling and training can be tough. “It’s not as if he travelled to Denmark or to Holland, which only takes an hour, it’s longer than that. We’ll see how we go with Ben. “You’d rather have everyone available at this stage of the season but we have [John] Buckley out, Jack [Vale] is still out as well. “[Daniel] Ayala is on grass but there’s a couple of weeks still to go. [Sam] Barnes is slowly back out there and training with the group and Dack has been out as well. “He played an internal game for 30 minutes the other day and is a bit rusty, he needs a bit more match fitness." https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2023/march/30/jdt-offers-pre-birmingham-team-news-update/
  23. Who's bringing the drums to Birmingham?!
  24. That Rotherham game...awful. Pears was not involved either..
  25. Thing is... If JDT sticks with pears for Saturday... When does he bring Kaminski back in to the fold? Wait for pears to make a blunder and drop him? That won't help the lads confidence. If he drops him now that also won't help his confidence.. We are in one of those rare situations.. Pears contract up soon, do we play him to sell him like Arsenal did with Martinez?
