Personally would stick Hedges as the left back. He can’t offer anything in attack. Beck needs a break, he is a walking injury waiting to happen. Play Beck further up as he is more of a threat than Hedges.

Can’t see permanent signings in the front line. Significant investment in loan signings is what I expect. I mentioned previously Nathan Broadhead would be perfect. Ali Al Hamadi would make a lot of sense. Emmanuel Dennis will be available on a loan from Forest. Ricky Jade Jones could move on so Peterborough can make some profit. I like the idea of Dennis, something to prove and has obvious ability. JE could get the best out of him. Broadhead should be the key target.

Nathan Broadhead at Ipswich could be an option. Would expect Ipswich to buy another forward in January. With Poku injured, I would think Jade Jones will be sold. Out of contract in June.

Bit of a random one. I read an article recently about the ownership of Venkys. They only have 51% of the company, the rest is external shareholders. So it’s not their decision primarily with regards investing in Blackburn. Maybe someone else knows more about the structure.
