Should have been a penalty. Glad it wasn't. Great strike! -

Going for a Rovers win tonight. Some angry and passionate performances. Maybe I'm dreaming. -
Duff wouldn't work under Venkys and Waggott. Thats the reason I would quite like him.
-
So did he take the West Brom job? Or did he turn it down because he couldn't take his staff?
-
No it isn't. I said Wicky didn't go to West Brom because he wanted his staff with him. He wasn't able to bring his staff with him therefore he didn't take the job.
-
Yes. Which means he didn't want to go. Same same.
-
Wicky's move to West Brom fell through because he wanted to bring his backroom staff. We have Benson, Lowe and Johnson who seem to have lifetime contracts here.
-
Give it Wicky just for the cool name and the fact he looks like a better groomed Klopp. The rest of that list is woeful. Standard ex-Coventry raid for Boateng obviously.

Forever grateful to experience the pre venkys days. I feel for the young Rovers fans of today. This is all they know. -

I have some anger towards Eustace for leaving at this stage of the season and abandoning the lads who very clearly enjoy working with him. But the anger pales in comparison to the cretins running this club. Pasha, Waggott and above all the venkys above them. Surely now... Surely we get SOME coverage into the shitshow behind the scenes. -

"The LT can reveal that Eustace asked Blackburn Rovers for a new contract and assurances over investment in the squad to continue their push at the top end of the Championship table. However, Rovers refused to extend his deal and provide those guarantees." Fuck this club. -

Despite the owners, it's an attractive job. We'll get a load of dossers applying. -

Jumping ship with 15 games to go while you're in the playoffs after months of talk about togetherness, to a team fighting relegation is a poor move by Eustace. You stay till the end of the season and then look to move on. I fully understand his frustration with the owners and those running the club and they are ultimately responsible but this could backfire on Eustace. You go down with Derby to league one and your success at Rovers is soon forgotten. -

Harsh to be behind. Think we've played well so far. A few minutes of horrific defending and you're 2 down. -

This is the problem with Blackburn Rovers under the Venkys. The club's leadership is so poor, so absent, so amateur, that stories like this are instantly believed by the fanbase. In a normally ran club sitting in a playoff spot the fans would instantly dismiss their manager being linked with a club fighting relegation. Not here at Venky's Blackburn Rovers. In my opinion, there is no way Eustace walks this season. Or entertains an approach from Derby, or any other club in this league. He has his mission of a playoff spot which is very very obtainable. Moving to another club in the summer is another option. I would be very surprised if he jumps ship for Derby. It's just another day supporting this wacky club. -

Better than I expected which isn’t difficult to be honest. Dennis is a quality striker. No idea how fit he can possibly be but if he gets up and running he’s a good signing. Risky though. Woodrow is an odd one. Prolific with Barnsley, not great with Luton. This squad is capable of top 6 with Eustace. Fascinating to see how he fits these two in with his system. -

Hard to find information out of a club that doesn’t know it’s arse from its elbow. Too many chefs etc. life’s easier not knowing -
