  1. He has said it himself. He would be happy to stay here. he isn't going to throw his toys out of the pram if he doesn't join Ipswich Town. If we cock blocked a move to a bigger team ie West Ham, thats a different question.
  2. Yes. We aren't talking about an unhappy player here.
  3. Szmodics won't be throwing his toys out the pram anytime soon. If he doesn't go Ipswich and no one else comes in for him he'll happily stay here. If he's asked to play against Derby on Friday he'll play, just the type of guy he is. Let's not pretend hes unhappy here, far from it.
  4. Gallagher subbed for Ennis. The horror.
  5. Garrett out on loan, midfielder coming in
  6. Agreed. I like the guy but his numbers have been poor for years. And unfortunately its a numbers game for a number 9.
  7. I don't think our status in the championship comes down to Sam Gallagher. If he goes on to be prolific at Stoke (for the first time in his career) I will question why we didn't get the best out of him and what have Stoke done differently. Szmodics? Losing him is obviously a big loss. Some of the best players in English football history have been "unheard of lads". Even a lot of our own players. Nzonzi, Samba, Nelsen, Pedersen etc etc etc. At least wait and see what these lads are like before writing them off and pining for Sam Gallagher...
  8. We're talking about Sam Gallagher. 45 goals in 219 appearances Sam Gallagher. Misses huge parts of every season through injury Sam Gallagher. Would leave on a free next summer Sam Gallagher. He's hardly irreplaceable.
  9. Getting £1.6m (potentially) for a misfiring striker on £15k+ a week in wages in the last year of his contract is solid business. hard to dislike him as a man and he had his good moments on the pitch but is the half the player I feel he could and should be. Could do well at Stoke.
  10. West Ham come calling and he's on his way to London before we've had time to accept the offer
  11. Would not be surprised to see Sammie stay at Rovers. Rumour is he's not as keen on a move to Ipswich as some would suggest.
  12. Gueye cannot speak English. Will be interesting.
  13. Waggott is a cunt, has always been a cunt and makes Rovers appear as cunts when he's the front facing cunt of our operation. Forgive my language.
  14. After the sale of Szmodics and potentially Gallagher, the club will have generated over £35 million in transfer fees since last summer. Scraps of this will/has be reinvested into playing staff. The majority is keeping the club alive. Venkys are refusing to fund the club because they don't want to give the same amount to the Indian Authorities as per the agreement. If you still believe there is a positive future under these owners, you are beyond delusion. Behind the scenes the club is a mess. On the pitch this season we will be a mess. Our only saving grace is in the hands of the Indian authorities. The only positive I cling on to is that in the next 6-12 months we will be rid of the venkys. We will suffer in the meantime no doubt. We are a club in crisis.
  15. They are preparing for the losing scenario.
  16. Going to be a painful season. Asset stripping is a phrase for it I suppose. Venkys are planning their exit but they're gonna leave us pretty screwed. August 20 is massive.
  17. True. i honestly don't know. JDT hasn't gone yet so any talk of someone lined up is probably far from the truth.
  18. Never claimed to be itk. Sometimes info is slightly wrong. Heading to Manchester and in Manchester. I’m not an all seeing, all knowing crystal ball. I occasionally post what I hear. You’re like a Burnley fan on a rovers twitter page. Obsessed. Just move on with your life.
