  1. Same Firm as Bet Victor, just a different shell: https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-register/business/detail/trading-names/39576
  2. Just for reference, you need to be on the desktop site but if you click "ALL HISTORY" you will see all the prices that selection has been and the date they were that on here: https://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/blackburn/next-permanent-manager/bet-history/george-boateng
  3. Used to work for the mentioned firm, albeit 20 years ago now. Seems to have changed a lot but we used to have some excellent marks for these markets due to who used to bet with us (players, agents etc...), Plenty of decent info. Now they are more for PR and getting new accounts opened I always think, expect there is a liability limit of under £500 on most, even less for new accounts. I actually miss the job at times like this as I could enter any name and get people talking, twitter would go wild if I stuck "Dyche 1/5" in for example!
  4. Well they proved me wrong! Was convinced they'd call them after the FA Cup this weekend. Hopefully they just keep announcing them 4 weeks ahead every Friday, least there will be a pattern of some sorts then.
  5. As I said earlier in the thread, the way they’ve slipped that 7 day part in basically means it is no longer 4 weeks. May well be for March 1st but can’t see them sticking to it 100%. They already went back on the November 1st agreement as I mentioned earlier. Can’t be trusted, sad how we stand for it in England - treated like numpties at the end of the day, no excuse at all for their continual lies.
  6. If they are to stick to the 4 week notice as promised when the deal was struck they will need to be released by then.
  7. Confident the picks for the weekend of March 1st will appear by Saturday?
  8. This is what the EFL said before the start of the season: By November 1, selections shall be made in respect of all matches to be played between the end of the third round proper of the FA Cup and the first weekend of March. Selections for matches scheduled after the first weekend in March will be made on a four-week rolling basis starting from February 1 (e.g. a selection for the first weekend in April will be selected in the first weekend in March). So they were announced on November 11th: https://www.qpr.co.uk/news/2024/november/11/sky-sports-tv-picks/ 10 days late and they never included March 1st weekend, probably realised it was FA Cup weekend! Now they have added the 7 day part to the second point. Give them an inch they'll take a mile, wait and see when they announce March 1st weekend, does lead me to believe it could be after the FA Cup 4th round.
  9. I reckon that just hasn't been updated. Newport v Morecambe is live the same night and was originally meant to be on Sky Sports + like the QPR match.
  10. Disagree. Firstly they said fixtures would be announced up to March 1st by November 1st, they were announced on November 11th and it was open to debate whether that included March 1st weekend - the piece I have copy and pasted is also unclear and poorly written. Secondly this means it can be up to three weeks before the matches that they tell the public: The selections will then be announced to supporters following an agreement with all required stakeholders within seven days. No use to us if they know 4 weeks before but don't tell us up until 7 days after?
  11. Gone back on what they said haven't they, pathetic really.
  12. When are we expecting to see the next batch through? Latest Sky Sports Selections Notification Selections for matches scheduled after the first weekend in March will be made by the broadcasters on a four-week rolling basis starting from 1 February (e.g. a selection for the first weekend in April will be selected in the first weekend in March). The selections will then be announced to supporters following an agreement with all required stakeholders within seven days. Reads to me like it could well not be till the first week of Feb? Wouldn't put it past them to announce them after the FA Cup 4th round.
  13. Tells you the score here pal: HOW MUCH NOTICE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE SELECTION OF LIVE TV GAMES? Sky Sports and the EFL will make good on a landmark new commitment for clubs and fans which will provide longer notice periods on TV selections. The notice periods for selections are as follows: Within seven days of the 2024/25 Fixture Release selections shall be made in respect of all matches to be played before the end of September. Before the start of the season, selections shall be made in respect of all matches scheduled to be played prior to the end of the third round of the FA Cup (January 2024). By November 1, selections shall be made in respect of all matches to be played between the end of the third round proper of the FA Cup and the first weekend of March. Selections for matches scheduled after the first weekend in March will be made on a four-week rolling basis starting from February 1 (e.g. a selection for the first weekend in April will be selected in the first weekend in March). This is almost six month’s notice provided to fans and Clubs, a significant increase on the current deal, which sees five weeks' notice given across the majority of the season. By selecting TV picks early and giving much more notice, fans will be able to plan with certainty when making travel and hotel arrangements.
  14. Will now by time season starts all set dates up start of Jan won’t we. You can’t win really if waiting for that till you decide.
  15. I am in it myself mate. I know what you mean, I’d be surprised if it just went to 0 at the end of each 2 year period, which does make me think I should make an effort to buy one really to get on the ladder again. That what you say about women’s matches and points, I’m sure Rangers do something similar and they also award points for going on matchday tours etc… basically anything where they can make a few quid out of folk wanting to move up the ladder.
