Season tickets 17 game.
Bronzed A Donis replied to damo100's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
They just don't get it do they, get them on sale early , set them at a max £350, make it cheap in the Riverside Sell 11-12k probably. If you were going to get a season ticket you'd do it 99% of the time when they are cheapest, not think oh well we're doing OK I'll get a 17 game one at a higher price than it was if I'd bought a full one on Phase 1. If they said Swansea and Sheffield United will be £10 adults and £1 children as we want as many fans as possible to be able to get to Ewood to help continue this great start , season ticket holders will recieve a rebate to reflect this which can be debited immediately or taken off the cost of next year's season ticket. We hope to see as many fans as possible who otherwise wouldn't be there taking advantage of our pricing inspired by 94/95. Fill as many as possible until end of November , then put out an enticing half season ticket offer. I am sure we'd get more in than the cost of extra few stewards and pies and long term feel good impact, seats at a tenner and young lad getting a shirt from club shop far outweighs this restrictive Waggot approach. Might even make me get my ST back after Waggot forced me out. -

A good win again. Very pleased to see Eustace learnt quickly from last week and we came out with purpose. We don't seem to get bullied anymore and team spirit seems really good. We're solid, but not spectacular which bodes well over 46 games, I don't get the feeling we'll have wild swings of form this season like previous years. We're clearly in need of Cantwell getting match fit as we've now looked very laboured in attack for the last game and a half. Very pleased we have a lot of the Labore, a bit more Arte from somewhere and we won't be going away. Lots of credit to Eustace, he's had a good summer and the feel good factor is back, time for some cheap ticket deals while the going is good. -

Just re-watched the match. As others have said, I never felt we were going to concede. Dolan was a constant threat, Yuki is cult hero status already. Owen Beck is a proper fullback, nice to see a defender doing what their first job is rather than being glorified wingers who can't defend. I am delighted that our recruitment looks to be thought out for a change and that their is a obvious team spirit and a bit if steel. The manager it seems has done a terrific job in getting the basics right during pre season. We look a team thats not going to roll over against anyone. Long may it continue. Bring on PNE! -
Their entire identity as a football club and as a town is to despise us, this just demonstrates it. It's ruined their season already, they simply cannot comprehend we don't have such a unhealthy obsession that we'd take a well earned point, with 10 men. Absolutely heads gone. If they believe out best chance of beating them was with 10 men against a side that's had over £100 million spent on it, whilst they are 'streets ahead' I don't know, but reality never did land well over there. Desperate for crumbs of comfort to take any form a moral victory in their tiny insular echo chamber. These people are the same who wanted Dyche out for a new style, believe football is all about Xg and possession and box entries. At least when we've been beaten by them, we've had the half decency to slag ourselves off and recognise the realities.

Showing more fight than the last time is a bare minimum that I'll at least be satisfied with. They should beat us, but we've confounded the odds before. Head says 3-0, but heart is 2-2, late equaliser from Ohashi and the scruffs go into meltdown. Let's just let them know they are in a game and we know what this derby means. I want a few yellows for proper tackles, last time we didn't lay a glove on them. -

3-1 Rovers. Our first XI is OK. Shit comes at Christmas -
I think you being on here is good as it re-affirms that we are the morally righteous fanbase 😉 If a Rovers fan went on NNN or Clarets Mad back in the day, they wouldn't get more than 1 post in without being vilified, insulted and banned by some small minded cave dweller with a burning hatred borne out of jealousy. However , as we'll always be a more successful and bigger club than you (albeit on our knees at the minute) , we can freely welcome the few of you that have evolved to the level of figuring out electricity and the Internet as well as procuring a specially adapted keyboard and mouse for the additionally digited 😜😁 *As much as I really dislike your fanbase , we should both be proud of what two small mill towns from East Lancashire have given to English football.

We have to keep Travis, he's back to what got him in the side, box to box energy, sure he's a bit of a false hardman, but at least he's in people's faces and sticks up for his teammates, we went years without anyone doing that. I still think he has more to give. If we don't have a keeper at the end if this window, it's totally unacceptable given the farce with De Lange. The most important player on the pitch.

I'm expecting absolutely nothing to change. If they can fund, history tells us they won't, if they can't fund, we've just sold Sammie, Gallagher, Raya money, Kaminski money, Wharton money it ticks along as per last 14 years. I don't even mind us being a sell to buy club, most clubs are, it's a prudent way of running a club. It's the fact they don't have the best interests of Rovers at heart , they don't reinvest and they and the low life's they employ treat the fanbase with utter disdain, everything is the lowest standard, bare minimum, damn right nefarious. If we were run in a way that we were all pulling in same direction, being ambitious as we could and trying to be the best Club we could, putting the fans at the heart of it , I'd take that in the evostick. I'm resigned to this perpetual death by a thousand cuts. It's only my sons growing enthusiasm , that's kept me engaged. I really want him to have the club I had, Ewood felt like a family and no matter what people say, we had a very good atmosphere and a hell of a lot of pride.

Premier League
Bronzed A Donis replied to chaddyrovers's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Compare his self decided break, coasting for 6 months when he was looking to get out on a free with Sammie scoring 3 in 2 with a big move imminent. Dislike the guy , took us for a ride. 1 trick pony. -
We all know that any money for Szmodics is unlikely to be reinvested in the squad, so I've no issue in us keeping hold of him until we get what we want, the lad scored 33 goals. We flogged Wharton for below what he was worth. I can't see Szmodics kicking off or going on strike, from.1sr September, it's in his interest to keep scoring and playing. I do however think we'll accept whatever is on offer on August 21st.....

Superb result. Gueye showing what we've lacked since Graham left. Subs put some energy into team and lifted the crowd. Good start to the weekend. Need a number 1 keeper. Enjoying the moment. -
Oh well thats fine then. Then why not put on Rovers TV too? Start delivering a better product there. It doesn't bother me, its a minor irritant, but not everyone has X or visits YouTube, it's a pretty easy thinklg, especially as they are branded RoversTV on the highlights.

Sad news, one of the top players in the era I was growing up. I remember his century with only a single boundary in it, looking back that's testament to grit, patience and skill being able to manipulate the field for so long. I don't think many of today's Test batsmen could do that. A sad day for English cricket.
