Might be splitting hairs here, but I know of someone (friend of family) who’s 23 until the 30th of August, and been told she has to pay full whack for an adult season ticket as the ‘cut off date is 31st August’… So she’s not allowed an 18-23 season ticket, despite being 23 now, and 23 when the season starts. Needless to say she’s decided not to bother. The whole thing is a fucking joke. Literally everything the club does is horrific and leaves a bad taste.

It’s not always; and doesn’t have to be always a ‘clanger’ from a goalkeeper either. Pears gets beat so fucking easily. There’s so many goals where you think ‘hmmm’ where it just didn’t look like going in. Not every ‘mistake’ has to be a keeper throwing it into his own net (which pears has done multiple times). He’s employed to stop goals and he doesn’t stop enough of them. End of the day it’ll remain to be seen if Eustace is a long term appointment. Cold hard facts is he has less experience than JDT, who’s win percentage at rovers was 44%, Eustace’s is 33%. He was sacked with Birmingham 6th after what? 10 games? We were above them 2 games later. Underwhelming and safe appointment on paper, hopefully not another yes man for those hiding in the shadows.

Difference is; all of those players’ transfer funds were reinvested. Coventry have spent nearly £25million this season. Boro have spent circa £10million.
