Either he's had assurances over player contracts and the future of the club (which will very likely be lies) or he's had us over a barrel, which I see as a) more likely and b) depressing. Reflecting on yesterday, it's a mix of disappointment and resignation. A lot of people saw this coming before the line up was announced Then we saw Hedges, Weimann and Foreshaw. I was honestly staggered how anyone can see Swansea's fragility, coupled with the hunger and pace of Kargbo and determine that Hedges was the way to go. Ceded them the upper hand from the start (despite a good opening 10 mins, which is the least I'd expect.) Having a manager in place, instead of a coach who is clearly reverting to mean and trying to maintain the status quo, would have given us an edge we clearly needed. Instead it's another 3 points lost to beurocracy, lack of preparation and the overall malaise that these pricks have woven through our club. A waste of time for everyone involved.
