All players he has been linked with are obviously all from Birmingham. Seems like a manager who sticks to what he knows. Can’t fault him for being like that but he needs to be more trusting in his recruitment team. Way more experienced people there who have a better understanding of football. There is no sell on potential in any of his targets. Bad attitude, Age, injury prone amongst his targets. We have lost assets in this team and they need to be replaced.
