Lost interest in this bunch of chancers and journeymen. Self sabotage again from the crooks above. Gonna stop following results now. Pay for bargain basement players with bargain basement manager...get the results you deserve. Rotten to the core. -

Embarrassment from top to bottom. Very unlikeable club...rovers that is. -

If there was ever a team that's odds on to loose against the shittest sides it's rovers. Without fail, consistently loosing against the worst sides in the league. I think this time next season it will be very bleak -
Think he could have done a decent job in the no 10 or free role position cantwell plays. I'd wager he'd chip in with more goals than Cantwell who isn't exactly tearing it up. Never fit though unfortunately. Always wondered how injured he actually was or just didn't fancy sitting on the bench.

Have any of you guys joined the Venkys out group on Facebook? Theyre asking people to print Suhail and Waggot out posters and bring them to the game. -

This is definately a rovers typical banana skin. Bottom three but theyve won their last two. Perhaps the ideas of the new manager are beginning to sink in. However, I hope they dont go cautious and play hedges and Weiman from the start. Is Beck fit? Pears Brittain Hyam Bath Beck Travis Buckley Dolan Dennis Kargbo Gueye -
That statement by the club is an absolute disgrace. A bunch of short term loans and freebies come in and half the squad out of contract. It's an abomination they think we're in a good place. I can't blame JE one bit. If I wasn't a fan and it was just a job I'd have tucked off long long ago.

In my mind, they deliberately keep us shit. Any sniff at improvement, they take away. I genuinely think they want to keep us as a loss making entity for some financial reason like Tax. If you make a loss you can offset a bunch of taxes that end up saving you money overall....especially if youre worth billions.

Two exciting managers in a row have now seen through the board and given up. I initially wondered why hed leave to go to Derby, but its pretty obvious after reading the LET article. They sell and Re-invest. We have 13 players out of contract or on loan. I said a couple of months ago I genuinely think the club will slip into oblivion/administration in the not too distant future. This might be the start of it. Some sort of mass protest needs to be held. The board, Waggot and Venkys get off too easily. Its not even been mentioned in the media for years other than the LET.

QPR are doing what we usually do. Play well don't take your chances and conceded a sucker punch! Hoping Gueye can nick another at the end! Get the new lad on!

January Transfer window

If they won't spend when we're in the top 6, no FFP restraints and banking £40m in transfer fees then they never will. I genuinely think well go into oblivion under venkys in the not too distant future. They've lost all interest even compared to the Mowbray days. Can see L1, L2 and administration at some point. JE will do the same as JDT at the end of the season. Sad times after a promising start. -

Hoping gueye gets on the scoresheet today. If he can get a bit of confidence to be a bully in the box he could be a handful. A proper winger in the side helps. -
First time at Ewood last night for quote a while. Thought we battled well and it was an even game even though west Brom had the better chances. I said I'd think both teams would take a draw before the game and that's how it turned out. Observations are similar to everyone else. We're desperate for some pace to get in behind. There's none anywhere on the pitch apart from Beck and Carter at the back Think Cantwell could pick them out if anyone was capable of making the runs. There's no get out ball when we're under the cosh. Hedges and Dolan get on the ball plenty and look tidy, but don't really do anything with it. Saw pears got good reviews...not sure why. He made a couple of routine saves at the end but almost cost us in the first half taking too long to clear his lines then fumbled a cross and took out Travis. Still looks a fumble waiting to happen. Beck is unbelievable better than Pickering. Tenacious and has the pace to cover. It's no coincidence we're defensively better since he's come in. JRC is far too slow on the ball imo. Just doesn't look like an athlete.

Surely with Gueye, his main threats are occupying defenders and in the air. I think a quick winger staying wide and getting crosses into the box would suit him, rather than our slower build up with very few crosses. Id still have him as the lone forward than Osashi who isnt as physical.

Didnt watch the game, but not a great result given they had 10 men for so long, and a turgid performance by the sound of it. However, not loosing away from home is a good habit. We'd have lost games away to Preston not long ago. This all rests on winning your home games. Not sure why he played a CM on the left wing again. All the build up had been that Preston struggled with pace, and we left it on the bench (not that there is much!).

Thank god we somehow managed to flog Gallagher. Tough call upfront, think we play better as a team with Gueye upfront, but cant really drop Yuki after two goals. Not sure how to fit them both in. Maybe Dolan out wide, Yuki in the centre with Hedges dropping to the bench.

Just seen the highlights. Them two finished from Yuki. Still love the little dink on his debut v Derby. Very cute in front of goal. -

It seems Gueye has much better hold up and link play but Osashi has a better eye for goal and finish. wonder if they can both start together -
JRC has always been physically below par. Hes always been slow, and when he was playing with more intensity he would get injured every 5 or 6 games. Unfortunately I dont think his body will ever allow him to be a top championship player. This season, his ability on the ball seems to have declined also. After watching the game yesterday, I'm pretty sure the management team weren't that fussed about the game. Loads of subs at 1-0 up, and JE didnt look to be going mad on the sidelines. Didn't think there were many positives really, Duru got some plaudits but to me didn't look anything other than steady away. Not particularly quick or attacking but did ok. The centre mid pair were miles off it. Huge drop off after Sondre and Trav.

Need to keep the good start going. The small squad which doesnt like getting much improvement now will start struggling after a few injuries over winter and xmas. The more points now the better. These are the games we must win. Would love to see Gueye get off the mark in the league. Think he could go on a roll if he gets a couple, likewise may end up struggling if he doesnt get one for a few games. 2-0 Gueye and Dolan. -

I'm amazed that no one else other than Ipswich are interested in him. Top scorer in the championship and league cup and 3 goals already this season. Mental to me no other mid table prem sides are sniffing around. Given some of the money they spend £10m is pretty low risk for them. The player sales of the last year should 100% have funded a promotion winning side but we all know we'll get nothing. -

What is Weimanns best position? Sky sports listed him as a midfielder, Rovers said he was a striker. No 10? Cant imagine him having much pace at 32. Never really seen him play. Dont think getting a few older heads in the door is a bad thing. The squad was completely void of leadership last season. New GK and some pace out wide must be the priority now. Were slow accross the board.
