  1. I've heard about Slender, will give it a look. Seems to be a good catalogue of horror games on the PC which is nice, shame the same can't be said about driving games. I'll probably chance BF4 at some point soon, the multiplayer is just too good.
  2. Sounds good, always loved horror games ever since the first Resident Evil, I nearly hit the ceiling the first time that zombie jumped out of the wardrobe. In hindsight it wasn't that scary a game, they are much better these days. Are you on the PC version of BF4?, I've read it's the multiplayer on there that people were having problems with. That's a different kind of scary.
  3. Just finished Metro: Last Light, brilliant Russian post-apocalyptic first person shooter set in Moscow's Metro system after the bombs have dropped. Really dark and gritty game with a good storyline. Best played in a dark room with headphones on, I crapped myself a few times playing this. Will be playing the prequel Metro: 2033 very soon. Battlefield 4 was going to be my next purchase but I've heard it's buggy to the point of being unplayable so may wait on that one.
  4. In the game or in real life?
  5. So wish I had a PS3 still, will have to wait a year or so for the PC port to be released.
  6. Completed Bioshock Infinite a couple of days ago, very enjoyable and very wierd but excellent plot and great characters, looking forward to the DLC set in Rapture before it all went tits up. Currently playing Metro: Last Light enjoying it to say I'm not a huge fan of linear shooters. Waiting for Final Fantasy XIV: A realm reborn for my MMO fix for a few months till I get fed up again.
  7. Make sure you get the red triban 300 as it has carbon forks and better gears than the newer white model. I bought this bike for the mrs who is chuffed to bits with it. It's closer to a 500-600 quid bike I believe that's why the newer white version has worse specs and is more suited to being a 300 quid bike.
  8. Some are useful like the one that runs down the A6 near Garstang. But some are just ridiculous like one in Manchester City centre which takes you off the road, onto a pavement then inexplicably stops right in the middle of the pavement. Whilst we're here are we going to make a thread about motorists were we can all whinge about how reckless and ignorant a lot of them are or can certain members stick to trolling on the football messageboard.
  9. I'm doing the 100k one, 100 miles is a bit much for me yet. Done all the hills plenty of times as they're on my doorstep so I know what to expect. Should be good.
  10. No worries, might give Just Cause 2 a try after this as well if it's good. Sent from my C6603 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  11. Fair enough but was it really necessary to post spoilers on the game?, thanks for that. Sent from my C6603 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  12. Not new I know but I got this free as a digital download with a graphics card and it's a cracking game. It rights all the wrongs of its predecessor (which was awful). This is how a sandbox fps should be, if only this team was making Fallout 4 instead of Bethesda.
  13. I'm gonna say something financial solutions, so a loan company then... looks good though, no ugly borders/boxes etc. edit. ok it appears they already sponsor the Riverside as of 2012, Regulatory Financial Solutions. http://www.rovers.co.uk/news/article/rovers-secure-stand-sponsor-501451.aspx Also great website... http://www.rfsgroup.org/ ...looks like another ten bob operation.
  14. Talk about an empty gesture then, certain players in that team have made clear their dislike for the fans. I hope the likes of Orr, Murphy and Best don't decide to join in as that would be an insult imo.
  15. I really hope they don't do a lap of honour on the grounds of managing to stay up when we were one of the favourites for promotion at the start of the season, it would be cringeworthy.
  16. Got to disagree here. Holloway has kept Palace in around the Playoff places and could still yet get into the Premiership (though I think Watford will). I heard a stat on the radio this morning that Ipswich would be 5th in the Championship based on results since Mick McCarthy joined. I wouldn't class either of the managers you mentioned as failures in their current roles. As for Bowyer, he's done a brilliant job and has more than likely saved our season but I'd still prefer someone more experienced in permanent. I'd put my house on Venkys/Singh/Shagnew (if still around) to pick an utter failure as manager and I hope Bowyer will still be around to do his Tony Parkes trick when called upon again. Maybe Bowyer would be a safer bet permanently judging by the last few appointments.
  17. They never make it easy for us, I was sure Millwall were going to score in the dying minutes. All the sweeter that it was a horrible club like Millwall, and Shittu getting sent off after the final whistle just adds insult to injury for them. I guess they'll all be off home to beat their wives up tonight.
  18. Fantastic 3 points, almost forgot about the Watford game now. Job probably done now can't see that many teams passing us in the few games left in the league. We can soon put this terrible season behind us, thank god.
  19. Well done Hanley. Sounded like a blinding run. Rhodes for pen.
  20. Go away for five minutes and we've equalized, might switch off for the rest of the game. Not listening/watching seems to do the trick. One of the commentators on five live sounds like Blakey from On The Buses. Awful.
