[Archived] Away Shirt On Sale On Saturday
Perth_Rover replied to laughatthedingles's topic in Football Messageboard Archive
Yes, but they were all still designed internally. How about a competition for next years kit? Either be a season ticket or 5 games stubs to enter the competition, then the finialists voted by the fans again? -

2-1 Italy Makes us look better being knocked out by the champions

All of this just reminds me a joke from family guy. Stewie trying to find a babysitter and when one portugese candidate is in an interview. Stewie; "The add adgency wouldn't let us put no portugese but......... no portugese"

[Archived] Should Dunny Have Come Home?
Perth_Rover replied to blinddevotion's topic in Football Messageboard Archive
People say that dunn was injured most of his time at big club, yes its true his body isn't as strong at withstanding injury's as others but we have to remember half of big club was injured at his time there, which points to poor coaching towards fittness and conditioning. So somebody who is injury prone at a club with this attributes is going to be on the injury table most of the season. Now im not saying that if dunn came back to rovers that he wont ever get injured again but its more likely that he wont as the rovers coaching staff have shown themselves to know how to handle fittness and conditioning. -
http://home.skysports.com/list.asp?hlid=40...+line+for+award Here's this years short list. I must say watching all the australia games lucas would have gone pretty close to the list. My pick, Buffon. The main reason there in the final, other reason is pirlo
-
Buffon Zambrotta Cannavaro Neill Lahm Pirlo Frings Ballack Ribery Poldoski Klose

Well the brazilians spell it with an s, and he is talking about a brazilian/portugese coach where they speak portugese so 1+1= Brasil

Has anyone changed there opinion on hargreaves? I said before he would be better for team balance (the england team) and i was slammed saying he shouldnt be in the squad. Anyone see him moving, rumours to man u? Also did anyone see kalstrom play for sweeden? We were linked with him a while back, i was impressed by him. Any other thoughts? -

A donkey hughes signed, his first Youri Djorkaeff. Also he missed his mls game for Metrostars/ Red Bull New York on the weekend because he had family commitments/problems. Too bad he had a photo taken of him at the frace vs brazil game which made its way back to Red Bull New York -
Im going to say germany to get through to the final with a 3-2 win

Players Who Are Gonna Score A Multi-million Pound Move
Perth_Rover replied to Tango's topic in World Cup 2006
I wouldn't mind KALINICHENKO to rovers -
that is cheating and fair enough the italian done great to win the pen but he had done that to england then there would be a few different views then. Exactly, the ball was getting away from him, so he cut back intowards neill and dived over him. Not exactly obstructing the player, move a case of wrong place, wrong time. Salt in the wound was the italians all jumped on the diver and looked to be trying to cover their laughter, anyone else notice that?

Anyone see wilkshire moving up from league two to anything higher? -
Mine came up with #13 Nelligico and Thomao and Roberto Nelligaca lol then wrotte in ewww fatty and got ildo
-
I thought wilkshire played well. Wasn't a penalty, it was just painful to watch that decision be given and even more so when Schwarzer went the right way just his arms weren't long enough maybe kalac would have reached it Also no-one has commented on the handball decision? In my tinted eyes it looked to have struck his arm but im not sure because as the ball git his "torso" his arm did give as it had just been hit by something

Lahm looks to chelsea, a left back we could have gotten excited about. Frei maybe? But prolly to expensive as a new striker
