Dare to dream fellas! Now THAT was one of the best away days I've ever been on despite the stinking weather. Such a solid performance and who better to judge us than opposition fans who I quote after the game were saying "by far the best team we've had at the valley, you will go up". Literally cannot fault anyone, seeing the main man sat with us just completed the day too

Don't think he's really in a position to comment on costs of attending football anyway he just seems to watch highlights then post inane drivel on here ?

Christ its FIVE pounds a ticket and someone wants cheap transport laying on ? Is that with or without free booze and a packed lunch as well? Its probably the cheapest ticket in the football league tomorrow ffs.

Would you sign Christian Walton

Because some of us aren't blinded by a petty little anti Mowbray agenda refusing to see any good in ANYTHING he does. Meanwhile captain flappy keeps flapping down in Brentford.. -

All depends on price really. Looking more accomplished by the week behind a settled back line and some people really need to admit they were way off with early judgements of him. -
In the years I've seen him play he hasn't improved much at all. He IS a great shot stopper, but he's always had that in his locker. However his general command of the box has not improved, hence he will never be an elite goalkeeper, Brentford is about his level. You could try and blame our coaching staff, which does hold some weight. But he's had what 6 months with Brentfords amazing setup yet they've not ironed his weaknesses out.

Charlton have a great record against the top 6, unbeaten against them I believe. They turn up to frustrate like they did with us at Ewood. They'll no doubt have a go at us on Saturday though in front of a bumper crowd which will suit us more. I wouldn't like to call it, a draw won't do though if we have serious playoff aspirations, this is the time now to put that fantastic run together.

I think we can safely say that means absolutely nothing in this league. So wide open its unreal.

Why has nobody else bothered then? He's 26, hardly a kid. Bowen leaving forced Hull into drafting someone in last minute or he would probably still be at Posh right now thinking he's better than he is. They don't appear to be missing him either.

Supporters Consultation Meeting

Surely the playing in opposition kit was a joke by TM, that's how I read it anyway but its hard to tell from just reading Sharps commentary. -
The ticket prices kinda offsets the travel expense a bit though. Circa £50 it's cost me for tickets & travel, it was about the same for Huddersfield away. Each to their own though.

Amazed we haven't sold more for this. Very poor

All these striking options yet we've scored like 13 more goals than them this season...

Championship season 2019-20

Imagine if Walton did that Raya classic ? -
Yep. BUT it's so massively dependent on injuries and we ain't getting much luck in that department.

January transfer window 2020

I imagine message boards up and down the country have a similar tone. Yep we're walking an injury tightrope alright and we've had such rotten luck in that front this season I hope it stops. More than happy for the youngsters to step in if required. They may as well scrap this January window it's a complete waste of time. -

Ah the expected meltdown is in full flow on here I see ? I don't know why people get their expectations up, if you don't you don't get disappointed. Just browsing through done deals and the only one that stands out as decent is Maddison to Hull, however he's not really on a par with Jarrod Bowen who's off so not so it's not really that good for them after all although they'll pocket a fair bit of cash. -
Yep I can confirm this, he's got 'legend' status up there. They do speak very highly of Downing, and in fact the other old boys really too. Depending on the lineup is well worth a flutter on Downing first goal, or Graham, or both! Smallwood might be pushing it a bit.

Left back aside, and the Gallagher wing experiment though who in the first team would you be replacing right now? Even then I'd rather JRC get a fair crack and to a lesser extent even Chapman than some short term loanee. Yes there's Walton too at some point but I think we're better scouring Europe from now till the summer for a proper replacement there. After that you're looking at squad players or depth for injuries because, imo anyway the team that started the last few games is capable of the goal we're wishing to achieve. Ain't nobody loaning us players as back up or it completely defeats the point of a loan. All the above does mean we're walking an injury tightrope big time though obviously so it's far from ideal! There must be a decent left back out there somewhere that can slot straight in, no idea whom mind. -
Stats point to a 1-1 here folks. Not an absolute disaster by any means really but not much use if we're serious about any top 6 ambitions I really hope he does unleash JRC after bigging him up so much recently, I do however find it had to imagine sadly...

Classic game of 2 halves influenced by Rothwells early departure. Sharpe pointing out 9 of the 11 finishing the game were under 25 so fair play seeing a tricky game out, when you consider we used to crumble in such games under the experience of Mr Mulgrew, amongst others. Some really tricky games coming up, absolutely everything pointing to a draw on Saturday against Boro first up.
