Fair play, see under our old manager who's ne shan't be mentioned, there's no way we'd have done this. The players would be told to have the weekend off and forget about it. -

We looked world beaters on Leicesters carpet of a pitch..... -

The most obvious thing to take away from last night (I guess we kinda knew anyway), is that if we are to win games our defence needs to play well. Collectively they were all poor last night hence the result. Perhaps we do rely on them a bit too much.... We really mustn't be too despondent though, we were always gonna get the odd loss thrown in before the end of the season, we need to make sure it is just the odd one now though. -

I think after that it's time for a few games on the bench for Pickering, I wouldn't be surprised if Dolan sat the next one out too. Neil knew the weakest point and exploited it to a tee, Brittain hopefully gets a few starts now. They all looked absolutely rattled from the off though, from the minute Pears flapped at that cross I thought hmm this might not end well. The usually calm Hyam looked erratic, and Carter looked terrified all game. 3-2 looks a damn sight better than 3-0 but still a night to forget, for literally every player representing us. Thankfully we have a chance to put things right soon, you just KNOW every result will go against us today..... -

I read that last night and some of the opinions lead me to think they've never even seen us play lately, they're so far wide of the mark on our playing style -

If you ask me its completely safe, as a nation we have it drummed into us that its unsafe to drive in snow though. Its the incompetent drivers that are the unsafe thing. Judging by the fact I'm the only person in the gym this morning it looks like I'm in a minority though 😵💫 -

Bit more snow that I expected overnight, would be a disaster if this gets called off now. Hull last season screwed us right over 😢 -
They'll argue self defence....someone swings at you, do you retaliate or risk injury to yourself? Surprised there wasn't more of a police presence there prior to the tragic event too, its a known hotspot most weeks after their games.

Over the last 6 games (we're 3rd) Over the last 10 they are 13th (we're 4th) So whichever way you dress it up, we're the form team out of the 2 teams. -
Maybe they're deciding how much of the cost to subsidise or sorting out free coaches.........

They've lost 3 of their last 5 games in all competitions, where is this form team thing coming from?! Granted they pasted Sunderland but thats partly due to Mowbrays magic wand. -

I get that, and I get its on sky etc too. You have certainly got to fancy the pace we can attack at against Phil Jagielka though he's bleeding 40! We will need Travis to be on his game though like he has been lately, he needs to out-shithouse Pearson in this one. -

Christ you'd think we're playing Man City not Stoke the way some of you are flapping. Stoke 0 Rovers 2 -

Most on here wrote him off, think I'm in a really small minority who rated him. His performance against Boro away swung it for me. -

You could go on most forums like this in the country and there will be fans bemoaning atmosphere -

Our home fanbase is a LOT different from the likes of Leeds for example (I'm not saying this is a bad thing). It's still proven time after time that Ewood reacts to what's on the pitch and will back the lads when the occasion arises. Our away backing on Tuesday was one of the best in living memory, Leicester fans were also very complimentary. -
Various videos on socials of then fighting each other in the ground too. I'd give them half of the top tier of the Darwen end, the rest can stay at home and trash their own pubs, again.

Absolutely, also against Leicester we were like a red arrows attack. Now then, can we do that on a (probably) rainy Friday night in Stoke? -

Gallagher today did something quite brilliant, won the ball, eyed up where he wanted it and literally flicked it onto himself. Sorry but if a big name striker did that sky sports would go into meltdown! Genuinely a work of art, albeit a bit different. -

Again left absolutely buzzing by this team, I probably let it get to me too much at times but football massively influences my general mood. I hold my hands up, I've called for the managers head previously. So have many on here, also many of my circle of friends. Can't speak for all on here but the friends are absolute die hard fans, the ones who's been through the good and the bad 80s onwards. We hate Burnley, not just for the sake of a song, we literally despise them. What followed that loss was horrendous (for a while). I saw no way out, I really didn't. The football was dreadful, nobody seemed up for it, certain players like Travis seemed to be going backwards. Why? I have no idea? Struggling with the new approach? Maybe, but the gutless performances some showed just baffle me, especially now. When JDT took over I was buzzing (not blowing my trumpet too much but I mentioned him first). Following that he continued to grow on me, little things like the youngsters doing presentations etc. Great start to the season, cheeky chappy interviews, I loved it. After that we hit turbulence, so much so my head was lodged in the roof. Corners have been turned, players have had rockets way up their backsides. What I'm seeing now is what I was crying out for! Men in blue and white battling for the cause, having each others backs! Pace, passing, Hendry and Moran like figures at the back. JDT, you got me believing again. Any coaches got space for Stoke? 🥲
