Poor yesterday but it didn't wind me up as in previous weeks as we're at the end of the Mowbray era and have an opportunity. That's all it is though and it could obviously get even worse. Glad I didn't bother getting a brum ticket which I was seriously considering on Tuesday! I doubt yesterday will have done much to convince the floating fans in attendance to go for a season ticket either 🤔 -

Interesting, Jones does quite a few prem games. Watch him be horrific now 🤣 -
FB is an endless cycle of losing a game and Mowbray Out posts and winning games and WhErE are ThE mOwBrAy OuT bRiGaDe NoW posts, it's not good for a person's sanity.

On the ref, wasn't our biggest gripe with him last time against Huddersfield that he turned a few penalties down? No point us getting them bastard things anyway given the last few efforts! Suppose we'd have Brereton to take them again now mind. It's a stupid decision putting him in charge as it does put unnecessary pressure on if there's big calls to make, he'll be aware people have sussed out where he's from and who he supports. But let's just get on with it and hope we can get the job done without him having an opportunity to impact the result. There's very few top notch alternatives anyway, most refs at this level and below are garbage. -
Is that a suggestion? QPR have bottled it as well this season in a similar fashion to us, their fans don't seem to speak very highly of him...

Sharpe is saying that he's been trying for 'some time' to get an interview with Swag to discuss TM and also season tickets. He's had no joy. Is he just being ignorant? Secretive? Or has he no f*cking idea what's going on himself. Take your pick really as none of them would come as a surprise. Either way, as people have already said its no way to treat an employee.

I assume he's referring to us being Lutons rival, they play Fulham on Monday by which time they COULD be within our reach -

I reckon there'd be quite a surge of pay on the day folk in the Darwen end if QPR won on the Friday, you're gonna have a chunk of casual fans umming and ahhing still. Regardless of that result I just hope we can put on a good show and if nothing else derail Bournemouths automatic promotion bid. Honestly think they'd struggle in the play offs. You'd think after Monday night the tombola would be packed away in his shed with a dust cover on till next season, in reality I bet he's itching to tinker though 😬 I think the only guarantee on Saturday is goals and lots of them, could be quite some game. -
Nyambe has no attacking threat? Terrible going forward, Lenihan offered far more so that's an odd comment to make. Nyambe is a good defender, but that's all he is good at. Which is ultimately why I can't see him being offered a deal in a higher league than the championship.

Even if Sheff Utd win on Friday I hope we can beat this lot, they really are a tinpot outfit and I'd much rather Forest went up. I bet they bring a paltry 300 or so away fans too. Will they be rattled after a pasting off Swansea? Or will we see a backlash... -
Not it sheff utd win on Friday it wouldn't, then there's goal difference to factor in too...not to mention boro buzzing around, we really could do with them losing tomorrow
-
Did anyone notice how Mowbray sloped off down the tunnel at the end, whilst the players went to mutually celebrate with the fans? Not sure if it's Mowbray just being Mowbray or if he's thinking eff off I know you lot don't like me, I'm going for a brew and some lemon drizzle. That said, does he EVER look remotely happy?
-
Ironically he played Gallagher as a central striker at Deepdale the other season when we let the 2 goal lead slip and he was on the scoresheet then too.
-
Yeah, I perhaps undercooked it, but it was such an enjoyable performance. Possibly the best all season.
-
They're in poor form if you put the Coventry game to one side, but then I guess so are we apart from tonight....
-
I should be buzzing after that, it's just tinged with a bit of frustration knowing we SHOULD have played that for the past few months! Literally every player played well, mainly down to them playing in their proper positions, who would have thought it? Lenihan who perhaps was the most out of position offered more in 1 game going forward than Nyambe has the last few months. All eyes on Loftus Road on Friday I guess, Saturday COULD be absolutely huge!
-
I asked Sharpe if he was going to ask Waggott like Mowbray told him to, no reply. Also no reply when I asked him if he was going to remind Mowbray he said he'd walk if he became a burden on the club, which he clearly now is. Edit - literally just replied saying he's looking to get something sorted for next week....
-
Your best source of info from the club is Twitter (or this site), obviously Twitter doesn't appeal to all our fanbase though! I just have notifications on for the official page.

See this is exactly part of the problem. You think if someone didn't agree with your method of protest they didn't 'care less'. Its not only a wrong assumption, it can make you come across as a bit of a tit.

Jesus, just watched the 'promotional video' for season tickets. I was expecting something a bit better when someone mentioned they were filming one at Ewood 🤣 Birdie isn't in it..... His missus made the cut though.

I'm in a minority but I don't think the prices are THAT bad on the face of it. However - the levels of apathy are spiralling out of control at the moment so the numbers will be way down on last year and at rock bottom I think. People would be prepared to pay a bit more if the product is worth it. As it stands we're really not sure of the product on offer though. There remains the chance that Mowbray is still in charge and hell fire I dread to think of the numbers if that was the case. If they announced I dunno, Farke as the new manager about to take us on an exciting journey it would stir more interest. The deadline is unreasonable for the 'cheaper prices too. From the end of the season to the deadline is roughly a month. If we're still none the wiser at that stage who our manager is why the hell are folk going to commit? We don't rush things so even if they announced Mowbray is leaving, how long would they piss fart about getting a new man in? Till after the deadline you can guarantee!

As will many! The biggest marketing tool available is to announce he's going and confirm someone half decent is coming in.....

Attendances: A cause for concern

It'll be interesting to see the details for the flexi ticket, I've been saying they should do one for years! EDIT ah scrap that I mis-read it. its an international flexi ticket.
