  1. Anywhere but Anfield for me.
  2. On the flip side Bayes is a cock.
  3. It's a fair stance to take. I apparently have an agenda against him for pointing out how terrible he is - and I'm ok bearing that cross.
  4. Nah there's way too much bad blood for #1 to be feasible. Them selling is the only option.
  5. "Please ignore my tenure at Blackburn Rovers".
  6. We'll gladly take him back if his star has faded.
  7. How strong is the U21 team though and what's the purpose of it? Seems to me like we've got A LOT of players out on loan in the hopes that half a season / a season of men's football will season them up better than playing in the U21s. Lots of U18s turning out for the U21s too. With no promotion / relegation we seem to have shifted focus and got rid of those 22/23 year olds who were never going to make it at Rovers, but were probably a little too good / consistent to be playing U21 football.
  8. Significantly faster, I hope.
  9. I'm sure it's not in the rules, but I'd love a referee to give a freekick because a player has gone down holding their body part like it's been blown off by a landmine (and screamed) - only to reverse the decision and book said player when they quickly jog back into play once the decision has gone their way. It's cheating and should be punished as such.
  10. There's an easy solution, John. Put the other guy in net for a few games. He literally cannot be worse.
  11. I think the opposite - we'll start bucking our ideas up now it's back to 1 game a week and we have a better bench to choose from. However, the damage has been done by our inactivity in the summer and January transfer windows. It's too little, too late. We dropped too many points over the festive period and January due to a stretched squad.
  12. Travis had to take the ball off Gueye for the Cantwell penalty against PNE too. Totally diffused the situation. I like that my CF is desperate to take the penalty so I have no issue with it.
  13. We've dropped too many points in January. The season has fizzled out.
  14. It was a comfortable save for a GK at this level. Considering he doesn't command his area and his distribution is woeful I expect him to at least save routine shots. Howler.
  15. Probably? When was the last time you saw ACD run down the touchline on the outside of a player? Kargo did it to two lads in a row (before the CB came and cleaned it up). He's clearly quite quick. ACD is clearly quite slow.
  16. Worrying isn't it? We possibly don't have a League standard GK on our books if he thinks Toth is worse.
  17. Yeah Weimann is a 20 minute impact sub. He was completely lost today - didn't stick near Gueye for the flick ons or drop into CM to help there.
  18. The Colback shot was basically a yard from being straight down the middle. No better than the Gueye shot that their GK handled easily. I didn't blame him for the first one.
  19. I genuinely think Beck is carrying an injury. He's soldiering through because there's nobody else.
  20. Buckley was really poor tonight.
  21. Clearly stronger than ACD and twice as quick.
  22. For the first time this season I have to put that loss squarely at the feet of the manager. How he continues to trot Pears out there when he's giving away a goal a game is beyond me. Another howler again. If we had their GK it's at least a draw. Then to only give Kargbo 5 minutes at the end is criminal, especially with Hedges stinking out the joint again. You're not telling me he hasn't been running rings round our players in training - he ran past two of theirs like they weren't there then.
  23. Nah once again they brought pace on out wide and upfront. We've brought ACD on.
  24. Eustace clearly doesn't rate Kargbo. Paid £1m for him and hasn't brought him on when Hedges is stinking out the joint. He won't play Toth either despite Pears being a liability. Tells you what he thinks about him too.
