The thing is, if we're honest, there isn't a single player on our books that you'd pay good money to watch play football. They're all eminently replaceable. They absolutely shouldn't have the ability to pick and choose which manager they want to play for. That said - until we get new owners in it's all for naught. We've been run into the absolute ground.

It was clear from the improvement in certain player performances from JDT to Eustace that a good portion of our current squad are soft as shite and need a constant arm around them. The new manager won't do that - which is why he's a shocking appointment. I will add - I hope Eustace goes down with Derby and they stay in League 1.

Ohashi should have scored and we should have had a penalty (and potentially Phillips sent off for bringing Ohashi down). It's not fair to say we didn't lay a glove on them - but we did gift them a 2 goal lead. Very few teams can come back from that.

It was obvious a couple of months ago we absolutely were good enough, but we needed quality additions to bolster the squad - a squad that was run down after the festive period (i.e. today is the first time Travis and Tronstad have played together in 14 games). Instead we penny pinched again, threw away January as a result and lost our manager.
