I think a few of Pears' performances have been outstanding. But it's interesting to note that our results when TK was playing, and when Pears was playing, are night and day. Their tickets appear to be cheaper than ours (listen and learn Waggott). They'll have more season ticket income than us for sure but I hardly think that's enough to make them big hitters financially in this league. Ticket income isn't enough to make a huge difference at this level unless you're selling epic numbers at a fairly high price, like only a few teams here do. I think spending big relative to how they've been spending in League One, and spending big relative to this league, are two different things. Arma is likely to require the latter.

The irony and problem is, whilst we may well look like we've made huge advances on the pitch as we look more cohesive and like we can cause problems, we've actually regressed hugely in terms of the results since Christmas.
