  1. Great News, should have happened years ago. Tony has done a fantastic job for us over the years but it is better for Hughes to have the staff he wants. Tony has only been kept on by past managers because Jack wanted him to. Thanks for all your years Tony.
  2. Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble
  3. i was tweety pie once...new years day game and orville duck at stoke another time. I will never forget the Pink Panther and Elephant goings on at Coventry, fantastic.
  4. Hasn't it been silly all along apart from the first few posts ?
  5. What a co-incidence! If you were my son 10 would have been the age you were when you attended your last football match. Hey, let's have a sence of humour ! Do you really think I was going around causing trouble at the tender age of 10 ? I think you might find your icon needs to be pointing to yourself !
  6. I wouldn't know, I've never bought any of these 'cheap' clothes. Although I do have a large pile of designer clothes that have lasted me for years, they look like new. I can't fit into a lot of them now !
  7. Why exactly? Because I disagree with your taste in clothes? Come back when you are capable of holding a reasoned discussion without resorting to name-calling. Or just don't come back. Here I am ! If you must know I have worn designer clothes since the age of 10. At the age of 10 I was first arrested for football hooliganism ;-) I can't help having a mother who liked to dress her son in designer clothes. I have subsequently carried on dressing in clothes that I am able to afford. I buy them because I can afford them, feel good in them, not because I am a hooligan (Although some might say otherwise) Why not go on chat if you want a discussion ? Forget the chat thing, looks like it aint working. MSN ??

  9. All the Von Dutch boys may not be gay but "the Von Dutch boys" sounds very gay indeed. If you want to dress up like a chav when you go to Ewood, don't be suprised if you get mistaken for a chav - seems pretty logical to me. We all say, don't want to be alone, we wear the same clothes 'cause we feel the same..." Of course the real irony is that all these idiots buy their ridiculously overpriced identikit tat from a shop called Originals. Prat with a capital P !
  10. When did I say anything aout standing up ?? I am against it as much as most people on here.
  11. Linny8, I'll be at City, will be a good day (Hopefully 3 points). I will be dressed in my normal everyday clothes (Just happen to be the clothes you mentioned above). I will be having a few beers, a good old sing-a-long, and will no doubt take the p**s out of a few mancs. Do you want a medal or something, youre missing the point so dramatically its untrue. There is absolutely nothing wrong with any of the above things youve mentioned, as far as im aware nobody has attacked youre right to sing or drink or stand up for moments of excitement or have a good time. Infact these have been encouraged throughout the thread. The clothing labels mentioned above are simply associated with hooligans (this is impossible to deny), simply wearing them doesnt mean youre a hooligan of course not. The kids acting like arses at norwich on saturday were dressed in these labels FACT. If you happen to wear these kind of labels then good look to you, nobody is going to judge you for what you wear, only if you act like a t**t. Yes I know !! If you read my post in remark to the one I quoted you might see (If you have some intelligence) that I was commenting on it and not on the subject first posted.

  13. Tris, Not trying to be argumentative (like you seem to think I am) but what exactly do you mean by a "Propper Fan". Just because these so called idiots made fools of themselves doesn't mean they aren't "propper fans" ? Expand......
  14. 1) Unfourtunalty, I now refuse to travel to away games anywhere out of the north west due to cost, so no I wasnt there. 2) Please explain ?? I also think a little humour might help you if you re-read my post !
  15. What do you want, a medal ??? "Excuse me mister please sit down, no, ok then i'm gonna tell the steward" Oooooh you big fairy, let the stewards and police deal with it themselves. That's what they get paid for!
  16. Seeing what was going on on Saturday and reading the posts on here. Why doesn't someone try and organise a walk out during the game ?? It would prevent anyone from losing their season tickets. And come on, it's not as though you would miss much !
  17. What do you mean "it's only England" It's the country you live you ! Get behind them at all times. How can you follow football but feel nothing for your country. Prat.
  18. I also think you need to be careful what you say to others. How can you 'guess' how long someone has been going to the Rovers for, season ticket or not ??? Just beacuse you have the funds to buy extra seats next to you doesn't make you anymore of a fan that the next guy.
  19. Ha Ha ! Toss Pot
  20. Brilliant should be a good crack. There are 3 of us. Rang up B'burn today and they say the game is definatley pay on the gate. That's funny ? I rung them later this afternoona and they said they hadnt received any informtaion on the game yet !
  21. I've just booked my flights, Liverpool Wed 6th 07:55 back to work the next day !!! Any news on Tickets ?? I dont want to have to climb over a wall !
  22. There was a post on here a while back about the forthcoming game in Ireland, is that still available ?? I want to read it !
  23. I went down on Saturday, handed in my voucher, showed them my Sofia ticket, they took my details and I requested they send it by secure post as I live in Warrington so cant make it to the ticket office to pick them up. No problem. If they dont turn up I will sue their ass !
