  1. Yep. Another account I have followed for a while to keep an eye on. Rarely gets thing correct that haven't been heavily reported elsewhere first.
  2. 3 wins in our last 10 at Ewood, hardly a fortress.
  3. Yes, that includes the opening game, bank holiday games, and the final game. Plus all scheduled midweeks (Not including the Portsmouth game as that was a postponed weekend game). At the moment we have been on Sky 16 times, 18 with the upcoming PNE and QPR games (if the latter stays scheduled as a live TV game). With West Brom away, Stoke away, and Sheffield Wednesday at home all being midweek, plus the two easter games, and the final day of the season, that takes us to 24 slightly above the minimum. Of course further selections will probably depend on how our opponents are doing rather than focusing on ourselves sliding down to the bottom half of the table.
  4. They haven't gone back on what they said, they always maintained that when we got to this stage of the season it would be on a 4 week rolling basis again. Probably a good thing, had they made the selections for March onwards in November we would have been selected every week. Now are drifting off to mid table hopefully they will leave us alone.
  5. Would Karbo have to take one of the ESC slots or is Serie B a sufficient enough level?
  6. Will always be the same with Markandey, he always looked good and scored a few goals whenever we played league 1/2 clubs in the early league cup rounds. Nowhere near good enough for this level though.
  7. Haha, been following that account for a while. It has zero things right so far.
  8. Chaddys post is a huge acceptance of mediocrity. Should always be looking to sign players better than what you already have.
  9. One of those Rovers twitter accounts reckons that Andy Irving was going to he announced yesterday on loan with an obligation to buy on promotion , but fell apart at the last minute as they demanded more wages for next season. Left footed central midfielder from West Ham.
  10. This will be the easiest 3 points of the season for Preston. Whilst im not convinced they are that good, they will just run all over us, bigger, stronger, quicker, more athletic. Rovers 0 Preston 2
  11. Warming up as though its a back 4 with Brittain at left back rather than 3 at the back. Looks as though it's still 4231 but could be interchangeable.
  12. Hilton has the same amount of league experience as Michelski, for me we would lose nothing by not registering Hilton and freeing up a spot for either left back/left wing or striker. They won't though.
  13. They could do that, seems very unlikely that we'll pick up a under 21 unattached player though, or another under 21 player for a fee would be the same. Will never happen, if he's fit they will want to use him, especially with the wages he's on. Ideally you move him on but why would he rush to go now when he can have more freedom in the summer on a free.
  14. Wharton wasn't registered to begin with due to his injury. The 23 registered were - Pears, Toth, Hilton, Brittain, JRC, Hyam, McFadzean, Batth, Carter, Pickering, Beck, Hedges, Travis, Buckley, Baker, Tronstad, Dolan, Cozier-Duberry, Sigurdsson, Weimann, Cantwell, Ohashi, Gueye. So obviously swap out McFadzean and Baker for Sanderson and Forshaw. So 2 spots left, of course they could always decide not to register someone like Hilton or Sigurdsson or whoever to get that extra spot, but we all know they won't, and I can't see anyone else leaving. So we won't be getting the striker, winger and left back that we desperately need.
  15. 2 spots left. We registered 23 at the start of the season, Baker and McFadzean have left, Forshaw and Sandersonnhave come in. I can't see Sigurdsson leaving, so to get another spot available the other option is try to find a loan for Hilton and promote one of the kids to 3rd choice keeper.
  16. Will never happen. When push comes to shove they will put in the absolute bare minimum to keep it ticking over.
  17. At least we can scratch this name off then, cheers @J*B 😁
  18. Even so, could you imagine the paper running with anything like that nowadays? Even if we went the way of Bury one day it would just be a huge shrug of the shoulders. "They did all they could".
  19. I imagine this guy is the answer to both our striker and winger problems. I could also see a left back being bought in on loan at a push before the deadline, which would free up Beck for the left wing too. And that will be that.
  20. Nobody is interested unfortunately. Expect around 18/19k thanks to the away support.
  21. Only Dolan, Sigurdsson & Hilton from the 1st team squad out of contract this summer. 2026 is the problem, with Brittain, Hyam, Travis & Tronstad all up. Plus Hedges.
  22. Well every action they have done since taking over proves that they don't want to own a Premier League club. So I find it absurd that you think that they do want to own a Premier League club based on what we have seen over the past 14 years. It's like me saying I'm absolutely desperate for a new job, but just glance at the local paper's ads every few months or so when I can be bothered.
  23. Don't worry I can't make it this weekend! Fingers crossed Jim isn't going too.
