Hoping something as cheap as possible drops into his lap at the last minute. I don't think we'll have anything sorted before we play Preston, we'll be scrapping around on deadline day. -

I would say there is absolutely no chance of us getting BTA, or any striker in before we play Coventry on Tuesday. I don't think BTA happens anyway, we won't pay the fee. -

Is our meagre budget going to cover a striker, winger and left back? I just don't see it. -

I know we desperately need a striker and a winger, but we need some cover for Beck too if Pickering isn't going to be back until March, I have a feeling they would put Brittain out there though if Beck isn't available and use JRC or Sanderson at right back. -

I think he will keep it much the same as last night, hoping to keep it tight in the first half again. Like has been said Gueye and ACD for me are good impact players but not starters. Maybe Leonard in for either Weimann, Hedges or Dolan. -

Find it strange that folk are saying that Asante has "no resale value". He's just turned 26, at this level you only need to hit a purple patch for a few months and sides higher up the table looking to get over the line might just take a punt at £5m or so. Who thought Szmodics would have such good resale value when we signed him as a bit of a plodding 26 year old? Now, I don't know if BTA is the answer to our goalscoring problems, his record doesn't suggest so, but he always looks sharp and pretty quick so he could be a really useful outlet to compliment what we already have. For what it's worth I dont believe it will happen because I don't think we will pay any kind of fee to get the deal done, where as Stoke won't mess about and just pay what Cov want, and I imagine working under Robins will be attractive to him again. -

I'd take you over Bamford. -
We had lost 5 out of our previous 8 at the time of the original game, although had just won 3-1 at Cardiff the game before.

The biggest give away is 1.75m, be amazed if we are paying that for anyone. -

I was thinking someone like Tom Bradshaw at Millwall would be right up our street at the minute. Championship experience, not really played much this season, and most importantly, cheap. -

Two loan spots left, I imagine we will fill those with the two positions we need in the last week of the window. -

I'd think Dolan will try his luck in the summer rather than jump to Swansea now, if the interest is genuine of course. It's a dubious source at best. -

I don't accept that we "don't have the money". We should have the money after the past 18 months and we are also being told repeatedly that there is no impediment to funding. We are choosing not to spend it. -

Doesnt matter the age of anyone we have loaned in, they have to be registered regardless. -

Yes, you basically register a new 25 man squad at the end of this transfer window, so you can unregister someone registered now to make room for a new signing say. Like Lewis O'Brien during our debacle of trying to sign him, he was registered for the first half of the season, and they unregistered him for the second half of the season due to them signing 101 players. -

Bare in mind that we can only register 25 in the squad, and at the moment with the new signings last week we currently have 24 registered. So we can in theory only get one more in unless some others leave. We registered 23 at the start of the season - So with Baker out and Forshaw and Sanderson in we have one slot available. I imagine McFadzean will leave that will open up another one. Of course the other option is just to not register someone too. -
Everyone beats these at home. Rovers 2 Portsmouth 0 Have to get back to winning ways here.

Be amazed if it's any more than that. Only ones I can see that you would think would be 3pm kick offs are Preston/Charlton vs Wycombe & Southampton vs Burnley. Even Stoke/Cardiff will have some daft kick off time due to BBC Wales.

Can't see it being on ITV/BBC, but International TV opens it up to be on at any time. Could be Thursday night, or Saturday/Sunday at 6pm.
