Urgh Bolton. Think we have lost every game there since 2010 (6 out of 6) yet prior to that they hadn't beat us there since 2000 (played 11, won 5, drawn 6) Leaving a total record at the Reebok of played 19, won 5, drawn 6, lost 8. Horrible place, was really hoping Burton would stay up.

Season Tickets 2018/19

Obviously i don't know you from Adam, but going off your posts as a passionate Blue, i imagine you don't really have a limit either?! For me, It will cost me £380 this season for me and my 8 year old lad, we dont make every game and rarely go midweek, but its a no brainer compared to walk on prices. The only year i havent had a season ticket since the late 80's was under Coyle, and i ended up spending nearly twice as much on match tickets throughout the season. I think the club have missed a trick in some areas, and would be amazed if we hit 10k ST holders, but for me personally its still a good deal. -

On another note, i read that the 1875 membership has gone up from £5 to £10 for season ticket holders next season, with only the £5 paid back as club cash. -

Those will be the "early bird" prices next season. Not many folk will be prepared to pay £400 for a Blackburn End ST. -
I can see why we could be one of them, i really hope not though just for the simple reason my lad loves collecting them.

Don't think so, in the Championship you can charge what you want to away fans. Unless I have missed something? -
Bradley Dack has to be player of the year, he has been the difference, and can do things the rest of our squad can't. A "real footballer". Whilst I love Elliot Bennett, his never say die, all day running attitude, his passion, connection to the fans is second to none, in theory anyone can do that it's just that they choose not too. Mulgrew is a close second.

Season Tickets 2018/19

Not a chance we will do that. Unlike in this division there will be quite a few games where away fans will have the whole Darwen End I'm guessing, could easily see Villa, PNE, Leeds, WBA, Stoke, Middlesborough, both Sheffield clubs having demand for it, maybe even the likes of Derby and Forest if they were having good seasons when we play them. -
I personally think come the summer, his misses will be in his ear to get back down south as soon a poss. We'll see.

I follow is available in this country, but it's only commentary, abroad you can watch the games live (aslong as they are not selected for TV). I'm sure some people have used "creative" ways though to get around that and watch the games in this country. -

The season ticket prices for next season will be the same as what they were this season after the early bird rate expired, no matter what division we end up in. -
[Archived] Match Preview: Peterborough United v Rovers

Ive seen Samuel play that role twice already this season, no thanks! He will probably keep the same formation, but do something ridiculous like put Whittingham on the right and Evans in the centre, or maybe change it up to a 442 with Dack on the right and Samuel & Graham up top. -

You just know with Bennett being out it will give Mowbray licence to do something ridiculous like stick Whittingham out on the right or something. -

This is where the good run comes to an end. Peterborough 2 Rovers 0 Cue melt down on here Saturday night. -
Coleman and Kean were big mates yeah, think Kean worked under Coleman in Spain before he come here, infact it was Coleman to recommended that Big Sam took him on here as a coach! I think Coleman hsa come out since though and said that he was embarrassed to have recommended him here after all the shady goings on that happened once he was appointed.

Thats exactly why the club is up for sale, don't kid yourself thinking that the protests and boycotts did anything.

Manager or Players to blame?
MarkBRFC replied to blueboy3333's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
How do you put fear into the modern day player? -
Thing is you could put Nuttall in the side, but what would you expect him to do? If that midfield 4 that played on Saturday are behind him he probably wouldn't get a touch of the ball, then everyone advocating him would be saying he's clearly not ready should have left him with the U23's etc. I could understand it if we had created 30 chances at Oldham and missed them all, then yes by all means bring him in to finish the moves off, but on Saturday we missed an open goal, and had one long range effort that came off the bar. Don't think anything else was created at all?!
-
I think you are "doing a Mowbray" and overcomplicating things. The reward for season ticket holders is that they see every game for around £13 a ticket, for someone who doesn't get a season ticket and is a 1875 member they are looking at around £20 a ticket for the same seat. Plus people who are only season ticket holders get away game priority over people who are only 1875 members. There are a lot of issues at the club clearly, but I think you are trying to create another one with that post that doesn't really matter in the slightest.
-
Exactly, you should go into every game with your strongest team, no matter what competition it is. We are not in a position to be "picking and choosing" which games we can win or not. I remember in that promotion winning season we also played 5 games in the league cup and 6 games in the FA cup too. With only the Portsmouth league cup second leg (already 4-0 up) resembling anything like a " second choice eleven".

Are Sky showing it? Saw that 3 championship games are being shown over the opening weekend but nothing about our game.

That's the way I feel about it, Connor has no chance, but just what if he somehow catches him with one? That's Mayweathers reputation blown to shreds, I'm 99% sure Mayweather is winning but that other 1% will probably have me watching.
-
So Connor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather has been confirmed in a boxing match for August 26th in Las Vegas. This is just completely mental.
-
Ha, I don't think we will have enough players not to play a full strength team!
