Even a few years ago so many folk trotted out "nobody could do what Mowbray does at this club". 12 months after him leaving we had our best league finish and cup run since relegation. For me, it all comes back to that league one relegation followed by Bury being kicked out of the league. It spooked a huge portion of our fanbase into believing things can never be better, and to be grateful we still have a club.
