  1. Win today. Lose against Hull. Another draw against Rotherham. That's where my money is going over the next 6 days.
  2. Always remember Gregg saying in that first interview in the summer that we were targeting 4 things in that window. A striker, some experience, some height, and some pace. Through I believe no real fault of his own, we didn't get any of those. Whilst this side has played some nice stuff this year, you won't get very far without any of the above mentioned. This is the smallest, weakest, slowest and mentally weakest Rovers side I can remember.
  3. Not to lose 7 home games by Christmas. I know it doesn't matter where you get points as long as you get them, but still, it's a massive problem.
  4. Yep it's the fans fault, of course it is.
  5. Posted this in the Watford thread but probably should be in here.... Since we have been back in the ground after Covid, Rovers have gone behind 21 times at Ewood. We have won 2, drawn 1 and lost 18 of those 21 games. 1 point from losing positions in the last 16 games we have gone behind in at Ewood. A pathetic mentality around the club.
  6. Don't blame anyone. When we go behind at Ewood you might aswell go home.
  7. 7 home defeats by Christmas. Only matched by keans effort in 11-12.
  8. Basically a 1 year deal after his loan spell ends, not great but better than nothing.
  9. I think Travis for Szmodics and have more of a midfield 3 tomorrow. Maybe Wharton a bit further forward.
  10. I'm guessing this won't be advertised though in the fear that plenty will do it.
  11. I would be amazed if any of the English clubs joined up with this after the widespread fan criticism and protests last time.
  12. I dunno, while i agree he's got potential he's 23 now, if he was to go he would need to be somewhere where he is going to play. Maybe in the summer to a relegated side with parachute payments?
  13. He did. He had just started to play pretty well too, had a good 5/6 games in a row where it looked like he was getting to grips with what JDT wanted out of him.
  14. Bit concerned with this game after both clubs performances last week. We also never seem to turn up when Ewood is a bit fuller than usual either. Rovers 0 Watford 2
  15. Brilliant, didn't realise there had been a change in that department. That comment always come to mind when someone mentions the marketing manager at Ewood!
  16. Didn't Fraser once come out with the gem "There is nothing special about Blackburn Rovers" at one of those fans meetings?
  17. Hopefully be big movement this week, Rovers fanbase is notorious for buying pretty late when there is no rush to get a ticket.
  18. The last time we scored an injury time winner in front of fans was against Sheffield Wednesday in November 2019. Closest we have come since is against Swansea at Ewood back in February this year which was the 89th minute.
  19. I live not far from Stoke and the local paper over here are running with JDT as a front runner for the job, but not the favourite.
  20. We usually beat these poor sides at Ewood. Think we will win 2-0, but then follow it up with another couple of defeats.
  21. So we haven't gone behind to any poor teams in the last 18 months where we have only collected 1 point from losing positions?
  22. 4 wins in the last 15 league games at Ewood. 1 point gained from losing positions at Ewood since March 2022. How do we turn it around?
