To be fair if I was a manager and the person interviewing me asked that, I'd walk off. -
The Worst Match You’ve Ever Seen…

Yes I know. I was answering your question "Wasn't Flowers sent off as a non playing sub". He was, but it wasn't in the 5-0 defeat or the 0-0 draw there the year after, it was in a 2-0 defeat in April 1998. -

Seems like all the other clubs are fitting there cancelled games in on the 8th/9th November. We couldn't do that as we play in the cup that midweek. There is also w/c 24th October free too where the dingles are playing there rearranged game. All odd because i thought clubs had to do it at the earliest opportunity. -

Wigan haven't won at home yet. Just saying. -
Just check before buying one as they stated in an article a while back that any 1875 memberships bought after August 31st wouldn't count towards the first priority of ticket sales for any game.
-
No, but they could strike on the Saturday before which always impacts all the services the following morning.
-
It's just engineering work at the moment that weekend rather than a strike, so there are rail replacement buses. Of course they could still strike that weekend yet as they have to give 2 weeks notice, i think they probably will looking at when they have done in previous months.

v Rotherham United (h) 08/10/2022

We have to score first to get a result. 18 times we have gone behind in 2022, we only manged to get a result in 2 of them. What a hopeless bunch. -
Last time we scored a 90th minute goal that meant something was an equaliser against Cardiff in April 2021. Prior to that it was a winner against Rotherham in December 2020. Last time we scored a 90th minute goal that meant something in front of fans was an equaliser against Swansea in Feb 2020, while the last time we scored a winner in injury time with fans in the ground was against Sheffield Wedneday in November 2019. We're pathetic when chasing a goal going in to the dying stages of games.

I do find it very odd that someone would stop posting because somebody behind a username who you will probably never meet has upset them. Who cares?!

Gary Monk and Gary Rowett have managed the entire championship between them, or they are indeed the same person. -
Why can't it be called the "RFS Tony Parkes stand" if we're concerned about taking paid sponsorship away?

Interesting one that. Since relegation in 2012 I can only remember us being on a Friday night twice on TV. Middlesbrough at home in 2012, and Cardiff at home in 2014 There were also a couple of non televised ones against Doncaster away in 2013 and against Rotherham at home in 2015. -
He's also wrong about Flitcroft never playing out wide for us, he did so numerous times, especially in the 97-98 season, he was usually wide when one of Ripley of Wilcox was out injured before we finally let Duff off the leash.
-
Ashley Ward wasn't far off either.
-
1 - Not sure, but must be pretty high up there. 2 - I believe the last time we didn't have an academy player in the match day squad was against Bolton back in 2009... https://www.premierleague.com/match/6548

Ashley Phillips - signs a new deal

Who cares what a few online thought though? The club is a business and should have protected that investment in the summer of 2021, especially as in that lockdown season you could see there was a player finally coming through. -
Dion Dublin I believe it was.

v Millwall (h) 01/10/2022
MarkBRFC replied to Upside Down's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Well we won 3 in a row, then lost 3 in a row. Since then we have won (Blackpool), lost (Bristol), won (Watford) and lost (Luton). So maybe he is right! -

Cardiff is in the midweek after Milwall. Anyway, lose this 1-0. Milwall are exactly the sort of side we can't play against.
