  1. Nothing stopping you returning it, and then getting one off a mate with a ST at the cheaper rate. Anyway, as for the game, after what ive seen over the last 6 weeks there's not a chance we'll win this. This run will carry on until the international break at least.
  2. Unless he achieves an absolute miracle and gets us up (he wont), I genuinely cant understand why anyone would want Mowbray here next season. 4 years in a row at this level we have seen the same story, average to decent until Christmas/January then a huge collapse afterwards. It's just that this season our good run went on a bit longer than previous seasons.
  3. Mowbray is currently walking around the training ground with his fingers in his ears thinking that Gallagher, Dolan and Giles are suddenly going to start scoring every week. Not a chance he will look at that unfortunately.
  4. Yeah exactly. It's unlikely i'll be at the two midweek games due to other commitments, nothing to do with pessimism despite the relegation form since the turn of the year.
  5. Macc are in the North West Counties now. Four below the old fourth division.
  6. I live in Congleton, and went to the first game back in August. Kicked off behind the goal as they didn't think segregation would be needed. Problem was it was a sunny bank holiday Monday and a load of lads from Congleton who have no interest in the club went for a day on the ale and well, you can guess what happened next. Good to see Super Rob charging in to put out all the fires though. The return game was never going to be played at Booth Street anyway as the ground can't cope with any big numbers or segregation, even if there wasn't trouble at the original. Macclesfield's last away game too so also a potential promotion/championship celebration factored in. When Congleton were in the same league as FC United a few years ago they always moved the home game to Witton Albion for the same reason.
  7. This page seems to think it is... https://www.live-footballontv.com/live-championship-football-on-tv.html
  8. Pretty sure that was Macclesfield's only season in the old third division too when City were in there.
  9. I think you have to play any postponed games at the earliest convenient date. Bournemouth were already 2 or 3 games behind when there game against Forest was postponed, after looking at there fixtures all other midweeks were taken so i think May 3rd was the only free midweek left.
  10. Why? We never look like scoring, we certainly won't be going the rest of the season undefeated.
  11. Does make me laugh that everyone is pinning there hopes on the next 3 home games. We have gone nearly a quarter of a season now scoring only 3 goals, conceding 8, taking 12 points from the last 33. We aren't going to suddenly start scoring goals to beat these frustrating mid table sides, we'll get 4 points at best and plod on. Another classic Mowbray run.
  12. Its actually 3 separate prices for Rovers fans. £18 to sit in the family area £20 in the away end if a season ticket holder £25 in the away end if a non season ticket holder
  13. Only 1 win in 6 against the other 3.
  14. I keep saying this, but why wouldn't they? Looking in from the outside they must see that Mowbray has had 5 years to build his squad and run the club how he sees fit, operated under very little pressure, only had to sell one lf his players in his 5 years here, had a decent budget to buy young strikers and players. Even got to employ his own CEO. Who wouldn't want some of that?!
  15. Another classic Mowbray run this. Everyone bangs on about Rovers "being terrible on sky" or the "February curse" both of these things only came around when Mowbray rocked up. Look at his past seasons, not just in charge here but anywhere. Middlesbrough 11-12 - 2nd at Christmas, finished 7th Middlesbrough 12-13 - 3rd at Christmas, finished 16th Coventry 15-16 - 4th at Christmas, finished 8th Rovers 18-19 - 8th and 2 points off the play offs in January, finished 15th Rovers 19-20 - 8th and 3 points off the play offs at Christmas, finished 11th Rovers 20-21 - 8th at the end of January 3 points off the play offs, finished 15th. We'll drop out of the top 6 this weekend and won't get anywhere near it again. The bloke is an utter disaster. Mowbray out.
  16. They are talking about where we will be at 5pm Saturday though. So if we won tonight and on Saturday, and Bournemouth slipped up on sat as they don't play this midweek, we could be 2nd. We won't be though 😆
  17. Yeah if we lose tonight all of a sudden the gap to 7th is only 2 points. I predict we'll be pretty much out of the running by the international break.
  18. Probably doesn't know who Ben Benson is.
  19. I just think we don't need to see it. The social media era though i suppose.
  20. All a bit cringe i thought.
  21. Maja was just an option as the poster asked for one. He scored 2 in 2 before getting covid didnt he? I'm sure there were others about if we tried hard enough. Too busy messing about with Hedges, who might be useful a this level next season, but who i predict will contribute nothing in the run in.
  22. I wouldn't be worrying about play off tickets when we have scored 2 goals so far in 2022.
  23. Maja. The same folk on here suggesting its not a disaster that we didn't bring in a striker after Markandey was injured are the same folk who will be saying what a great season we have had when we finish 8th.
  24. Two starts all season. Plenty of sub appearances though. 0 goals.
  25. Not really, because Hudds and Luton were both poor as well, I was at both games. 4 points dropped, and yeah fair enough we were solid enough defensively, but I think "rotten" is a pretty accurate description of our performance in both games going forward. One shot on target over the two, and that was a tame free kick!
