Many public sector workers are paid 15th each month, but I doubt it will make much difference to the numbers. The product has always been the most important factor and right now it’s poor with no signs of improvement.

Pears is a mid table championship keeper, playing at a mid table championship club, simple as that really. If it wasn't for his performance at Elland Road he'd be a mid table championship keeper playing at a league 1 club! He deserves credit though in my book, the way he came back from that Wigan performance in the cup a few season ago should be applauded. That had to be a massive confidence drainer, he was awful in that game, but is a much better keeper now.

I was upset when Phil Jones left, I felt he could have given a bit more to the club he supported as a lad, but he clearly knew behind the scenes was an absolute shambles and I was wrong, he got out as soon as he could, the right decision. Adam Wharton never had a choice, he was sold as soon as a bid came in, he was forced out of the club due to court cases and lack of funding. Its an absolute travesty that makes me question what the point is anymore. We are a below par championship club.... We shouldn't be looking to get rid of player like Dolan because we he have zero funds to replace them with. He's only young, 23yrs old I believe and at times shows flashes of real quality. Get him signed up.

Well its good to see season tickets flying off the shelves, even though its still early days. Last season saw an increase in season ticket sales on the back of a very good season under JDT, as always the Blackburn public will respond if the product on the pitch is worth supporting, hence why I expect a decrease in sales this season. Time will tell.

I draw the line when it’s our own players….
