Terrible news for the town, I know lots of people that travelled for the seafood option. But you make a great point about the food, started off superb, ended up average, menu had less and less seafood the more I went. I hope that staff find alternative work, tough times are coming.

Watched the original trial and the Netflix series, loved them both to be honest, a great watch. He murdered them both, no doubt about it, but the defence team played a blinder led by Johnnie Cochran, just goes to show money can buy freedom.

It was mainly down to the DNA evidence, the fact it was on her top had him bang to rights because of the way it was presented by the jury. The fact, as you mention above, that it was a tiny amount that simply didn't fit with her account of the attack was glossed over. Be interesting to see if he gets another trial, I think they've grounds for that at least.

Very strange goings on with that case TS. I thought the actual program was poor, never really went anywhere. But I guess the case is the case, you can only report the facts as they are presented. I think he deserves a retrial

I don't mind Eddie Hearn to be honest, at least he's trying to make the biggest fights. Saudi is all about the money, bollox to the fans, thats why I hope its in UK or Vegas.

Lets hope its in Britain and not in Saudi. I could accept Vegas, the home of boxing, but not Saudi.

Eddie Hearne has told Sky News today that Joshua and Fury have agreed in principle to a 2 fight deal in 2021. We all know plenty can happen between now and then and whilst I don't think either fighter is anything special, it will certainly be in the super fight category.

Moving house currently and came across these, the one on Bolton Road was ours, got chased down the railway line by the police towards The Manxman pub just as the burnley escort came past the Infirmary, happy days, never did get to empty those tins of blue and white paint. The other was on M65 near whitebirk, not ours but superb. We went up, they didn't.

I loved the docks first time around, my favourite by far, but on the 2nd watching I’m not to sure now, but it’s all superb.

I've been watching Ricky and Ralf's very Northern Road Trip on Gold - Its not the greatest production but for any Royal Family/Ricky Tomlinson fans its a great watch. Liverpool to Newcastle via Lakes, Ribble Valley, Bradford, Whitby......its a good watch/laugh in these testing times. Just watched season 4 of The Wire - The School district - Superb stuff, its not as good as The Sopranos, but its not far behind, season 5 next.
