Yesterdays news I think, but it does seem to be a rather drawn out transfer which indicates Dunn may have more irons in the fire. Does anyone know if he was at the breezeblock yesterday? 1million with another million if he completes a certain number of games is good business in my book.

Clearly we won't pay what big club are asking. Dunn himself has told people on this site he wants to come back, but Hughes obviously doesn't think he's worth the money. Onwards and upwards.

Tugay should be worshiped in the same way as Man Utd worship Eric Cantona. If ever a club needed someone to worship its us. Giddygoat mentioned sometime ago about producing T-Shirts in the style of Che Guevara with Tugays face on, they'd go down a treat, maybe someone with knowledge in this area could give us a shout on how we could do this. For me his footballing ability is one thing but him celebrating with the fans on the pitch at the end of most seasons and the league cup semi final win will stay with me forever. Just got "Hats off to the buskers" by The View. 4 Cracking tunes on the album, saw them in Manchester a few weeks ago, great gig plenty of energy and going back in Feb to see them again.

With the sky money going up from 20 to 37million that'll subsidise cheaper tickets for a while without compromising the clubs fortunes on the pitch. The club are already doing just that with the current deal still in place and our revenue is one of the worst in the Premiership.

I firmly believe that the club will strive to make football more affordable to Joe public and with the Sky money going up, a balance will be found between us remaining competitive and affordable ticket prices. The clubs in good hands and we should be thankful for that.
