I was at the Botanical Gardens a few weeks ago, just down the road. A similar story I guess, but The Courteeners played in The Celler Bar in Blackburn just as they exploded in Manchester, a free gig, which we went to in front of 100 people tops. They honoured the gig and have been coming back to Blackburn ever since, whilst playing much bigger venues like Heaton Park.

The first goal reminded me of the Koeman goal against England under Graham Taylor. A nation and the thousands of England fans in Amsterdam's were shouting at Seaman and the TV to cover that side, he allowed his wall to cover that side and the rest is history. I saw it on Tuesday night and enjoyed it because it was Dylan. I thought Chalamet was very good, but Ed Norton stole the show playing Pete Seeger. Good film. I'm going through a Roxy Music phase at the moment, some of the early stuff was superb, brash, abbrasive sounds and nothing like the later stuff which put more off for years. They released the self titled 'Roxy Music' in 1972, for a debut album its superb. They then went on to relsease 'For your Pleasure' which is also a great album. They weren't glam rock like Bowie, who was in the charts at the time, but the music was great in an era where anything went!
