Couple of pics, one here from Ewood, sadly we can’t see the ground: This one is from 1983 and is graffiti from local gangs in Blackburn:

Where has all this anger and outrage come from on our January transfer policy? Its loans loans loans and they don't happen until the Premiership clubs say they happen. You can't buy players with nothing more than good will and some magic beans!

I saw the floodlighs on against Sunderland on Boxing Day, we should all be thankful den, superb owners, we are in good hands 🙄 VENKYS OUT, NOTHING ELSE MATTERS.

Tripe. He was sold to keep the lights on, because our billionaire owners are inept.

£50 million war chest?

This lad was a player, scores a couple here, best since Shearer in my book:

I watched some of that shite last night, £100’s millions spent, Premiership teams coming to that dump regularly over the past few years and you could hear a mouse piss on cotton for 85mins, the place is a morgue unless we come to town.
-
Spot on. Whilst I don’t think the new signings are useless, I believe they are not good enough to get us promoted, but that is the market we operate in this days.
-
He was right, £6.2million wasn't it? We could do with that right now!

Has anyone seen the latest episode of ‘Tippy tappy football’? Ince sent scouts to watch Barcelona v Udinese in a pre-season friendly. Carlos Villanueva was the target, the scouts came back and recommended a 19yr old Alexis Sanchez, the rest is history….
-
They know a good manager when they see one, took them up last time around.
-
Quite right, but neither will fire us to the Premiership sadly. We need serious investment in several areas, as our squad is paper thin and we all know the owners have never and will never provide the right funds at the right time. Venkys Out, nothing else matters.

Another nail in English football and its traditions, having no FA Cup replays is a disgrace. It’s all about the big clubs and money, hang yours heads in shame English FA!

This is a great picture of away fans arriving in Barnsley 1980's and waiting to be escorted by police to Oakwell. No idea who it is, but I’m sure it’s an experience we’ve all endured hundreds of times:

I'm not on instagram, can someone call them "A pair of fooking mutts" for me please. Thanks kindly. 😠

Can I report them before they post?

Football goes in cycles my friend, they’re having a run now, battered every week last season, it must have been great being ‘Premiership’. Until we get rid of these abhorrent owners we are stuck, but I firmly believe with a fully fit first 11 we’d have beaten this lot, what does that say about the shite down the M65 😂

When our club was run and owned by people who had Blackburn Rovers best interests at heart: Our time will come again.

I’ve just seen one of the dingle players throwing the corner flag around at the end of the game, covering the Rovers badge with his shit shirt. This without doubt triggered the Rovers fans in the Riverside and they should be fined for doing that. If the club was run on any sort of local level I’d be cutting next seasons allocation in half to, put them back in the box until they learn to behave. I hope the Rovers players saw this, our time will come AGAIN you dingle arseholes.

It’s disappointing to read posters having a go at individuals, I believe that’s short sighted. It’s obvious to a blind man on a galloping horse that we are struggling due to a paper thin squad, a squad that can’t cope with anyone being off form or injuries to the first 11. Mowbray had us extremely well placed going into January a few years ago, but we had injuries to Diaz amongst others and the owners refused to sell Rothwell and we fell away. I’d wager Eustace will not be backed, no money will be made available and sadly we will fall away. The fans, club and town deserve better, but given a fully fit first team we’d have beaten that lot today, which tells its own story.

The apple never falls far from the tree, lying is obviously in the family DNA: https://www.standard.co.uk/news/uk/alastair-campbell-son-rory-failed-betting-syndicate-b1202620.html Imagine paying all that money to send your kid to Oxford and the best he can do is set up a betting syndicate 🤣 They must be very proud, money well spent.

If the product on the pitch is worth supporting, the fans will turn out, it’s as simple as that. -

Last seasons game at Elland Rd for me would mark the turning point for Aynsley Pears, he was outstanding on the day and has gone on to prove everyone wrong. I think he’s going to be busy again tomorrow. Leeds 1 Rovers 1
