Attacking midfield either number 10 role or wide left in 4-2-3-1. Not a centre midfield. Has skills and tricky. Deffo come on in the past 2 years in terms of developing. Down to Johnson and Dunny. Plenty of potential now time to develop it more.

Ive seen Nyambe played in most of 1st team apps and some under 23's games. for me, he is improving and will only get better by playing same with Raya, he should be playing regular whether here or on loan. I prefer here

Why have to be?

Actually Ali was a batsman who bowled spin abit but then England picked him as an all rounded and 1st choice spinner. On today performance I thought it was pathetic from middle order batsmen(3 to 5). Openers did very well. Cant expect 8 to 11 in the batting order to save the game when the middle order played so badly. I think Cook will step down as Captain after Christmas. But he will still play as a Batsman. So Root will take over as Captain with Stokes or Bairstow as Vice Captain I think. We have to find a number 5 batsman who is good against Spin bowling aswell Fast Bowling. Maybe Billings is an option. Maybe Westley might get the slot. Does anyone have any more suggestions? I think Jennings will bat 3 with Root at 4. Will Rashid get picked as 1st choice spinner? Not sure tbh. I would myself. My team would be:- Cook Hameed Jennings Root Billings(or someone else) Bairstow Stokes Rashid Woakes Board Anderson

I would pick Rashid over Ali as 1st choice spinner. So is Ali good enough to be one of top 5 batting over? Not for me. Maybe Buttler will miss out and Ali bats 7. With Bairstow at 5. Stokes at 6. Woakes at 8. My top 4 would be Cook, Jennings, Root and Hameed. Then Bairstow at 5, Stokes at 6, Ali at 7, Woakes at 8, Rashid at 9. Then Board and Anderson to finish of my lineup

I would keep Cook as Captain until after the ashes down under.

Thing is I never said Jennings accent was mackem but his mum is from there. Well He is English now tho. But we must find a negative angle on any positive whether Rovers or non Rovers related instead of praising the player and encouraging him. At times I really give up with it

I can see the point of represented another country but he has come over 1st to play county cricket. See both sides of it tbf I think ICC should look at this situation and come up with a proper ruling for this.

Matt83, Jennings's mum is English and from Sunderland. So IMO, He is half English so really dont see what the problem. He is playing for England

Well played Jennings on getting to 112 on Debut. Look a real good talent. Could Cook, Jennings, Root and Hameed been England top 4 come the summer.

Jennings has batting very well so far. 89 not out. Been playing reserve sweep shots. Very impressive from him.

Lowe has been outstanding last 2 games actually.Byrne and Hendrie are back up players for me. Losing Emnes would be a blow. But I think he will sign for us. Dont see Southampton recalling Gallagher.

Coyle will have targets for January window and we seen Giles Barnes and Ba linked with us in the press. Both are free until we sign Ba in January but will be a very low fee. Hopefully we sign Emnes permanent aswell. But the owners are the problem. who say we are going down? outside the relegation and we have collected 17 points from the last 11 last games so average 1.55 points per game. so if we can keep this point average up then we will get 60 points plus the 2 points we got from the 1st 7 games so that's will be 62 points. not sure whether Byrne and Hendrie will leave in January

Unless Billings is given the chance to bat there we will never know. Just like Vaughan and Trescothick never had great county records but got picked and the rest is history. Not sure if I would bring in another left hand in when we have 2 already on tour.

Who is likely to Hameed's replacement? Jennings from Durham Bell-Drummond from Kent Billings from Kent Who would people choose? Hussain and Atherton SkySports said they would pick Billings. Maybe Play Duckett as Cook opening partner and play Billings at 4 with Ali at 7 and dont play Broad or Woakes so the line up would be Cook Duckett Root Billings Bairstow Stokes Ali Buttler Rashid Woakes/Broad Anderson What do you think of that line up?
