ParsonBlue, is there any of the current under 21's players who you think will be ready to the first team either the rest of this season or next season? Have players like Tanner, Green or Mahoney improve this season compare to last season?

any idea who Rovers will appoint as Under 21's manager? I would look to appoint someone like Mike Newell

I haven't seen much of the Under 21's this season but I spoken to a couple of people who attend the games. but the only way we will ever know if they are good enough for the first team is by given them first team action. I know Lenihan was very good during his loan spell at Burton.

I would re-sign Green, Raya, Rittenberg, Lenihan and Nyambe

every test playing country has a chairman of selectors. the system has been in place for a number of years. DEFO DONT SEE the problem with it. James Whittaker and Fraser will be watching players in the county game whlist international games are going on.

England have a Chairman of Selectors who is James Whittaker. plus Giles and Fraser are the other selectors. they pick the squad for the games then head Coach and Captain pick the team. the Captain need to have final say cos he is in charge on the field n losses n wins goes on his record as captain not the coach.

Giles has never had his best team out there. some players have always been rested for fitness reasons or for the test matches. Moores failed???.He was the man who put the structures in place. highly rated by as a coach by many Cricket pundits. David Lloyd have said he would pick Moores as his choice for next Head coach. who would you pick as England Head Coach then? please can u give us a name or a couple of choices please? another person I would consider would be Yorkshire director of cricket Martyn Moxon.

Broad yesterday endorsed Giles to be the next England Cricket team director/head coach for me, the next team Director/head coach should be English for me IMO..either Giles or Peter Moores from Lancashire for me. Also what has been reported in the Media in the Last Week that Morgan is in line to replace KP now he has ditched the IPL and now will play County Championship cricket from the start of the season.

I did say a couple of days that KP I thought he wouldn't play for England. Its now time that we move on and appoint a new England Team Director now. I think Ashley Giles will be given the role of England Team Director. just hope he appoint Paul Collywood as his number 2 with Graham Thorpe as Batting coach and Richard Johnson as Bowling coach. Just hope that Andrew Strauss get appoint to be selector for England. would like to see Ian Botham on there aswell but very doubt he would leave his role with Sky Sports. my team for first test against Sri Lanka would be Cook©, Robson, Bell, Root, Morgan, Stokes, Buttler(wk), Borthwick, Broad(vc), Jordan, Anderson

Pedersen is on 24 k a week. was 40 k a week last season but had clause that if we got relegation his wage would drop by 40%

good team performance today. Thought Morris, King and Goodwillie played very good. Rhodes is pure class striker and must stay next season. would keep Bowyer in charge unless we can get a top class manager like Hughes in. but would be more than happy with Bowyer to remain in charge next season. also like Bowyer argument with Holloway and giving him grief aswell. Bowyer is passionate about the club and shows his passion on the touchline. always encourging the players and shouting at the players when they out of position or working hard enough.

I reckon the team for tomorrow game will be:- Sandomerskil Kane, Dann, Hanley, Morris; King, Williamson, Jones, Pedersen; Goodwillie, Rhodes. hope a couple of these are O'Sullivan, Cotton and Forrester are at Bench aswell
