The fans made their feelings very clear what they thought of him yesterday at the game including plenty of fans carrying snakes and if you speak to fans, they feel let down by Eustace given his comments and Yes I know he has been unhappy at his lack of influence over transfers but he is the head coach not the manager, that the difference in his actual role. His role at Derby seems to be different to when it was here. Maybe Eustace shouldn't be talking about us all being a family and banging the Rovers badge post match in front of the BBE then? but you seemingly have no problem with it. Well I do. If that slated him, then so be it using your definitive of slating him. If he doesn't want to be here at our great club then leave and don't let the door it you on the way out. Just to correct your comment that comments after Derby approach was made post Wolves not pre Wolves game. lived in the real world, what a total and deluded comment to make. as for your comment "Get over it and stop the crying" I could say that the very same thing over several things that you complained about but I won't lower myself to that level -

he went there as the number 2 cos Geronimo Rulli the number 1 there. Paid for £4m for Rulli from Ajax. De Lange was one of the keeper we went, Drommel was another, Begovic was another But it is clear that we need a new number 1 keeper -

or why could wait and see what actually happens but we still have 10 games left to get a playoff lace starting with 3 points at Stoke and 3 points at Ewood Park against Cardiff -

how was Ismael a cheap option? Where has Ismael got this supposedly reputation of rubbing players up the wrong way and being stubborn? The players are responsible for that loss yesterday and that shitshow in the first 7 minutes cost us the game, but even after that Brittain and Ribeiro should have been putting crosses into the back for Gueye and Ohashi, After we scored, Derby defence looked nervous and second half we never made the most of it. I really hope the players are hurting still like I am after yesterday performance out of nowhere? We should had a penalty just before it and if Norwich can't finish that on them, just like they couldn't on Friday night from all accounts, but we deserved at least point from that game, and if the players weren't playing for him would we had scored that 96 minutes equaliser. what omens? Its 2 games? FFS is it right to tell the fans we are family and we are as one, the players, him and the fans, or to keep banging on the Rovers badge like it meant something to him being our head coach? or to lie to the fans when Derby made their approach and to take charge of the Wolves game? -

lets hope they take him. what your budget for a new keeper? £1m? in the summer, we bid 900k for Jeffery De Lange and his club wanted another 300-500k and Rovers wouldn't pay it. What a massive mistake by us. We need a keeper who can command the box, good distribution of the ball and quick, good reflexes, communicate with the defender and can organise the defence. That what we are lacking massively. -
Recruitment Team / Scouting

his role is Football data and video scouting. Player analysis. Live scouting across the United Kingdom and Europe., so I would suggest this is 1st team scout whilst we appoint a 'Chief Scout" -
Valérien Ismaël: Blackburn Rovers Head Coach

well if listened to Ismael's comment when he got the job, its appears he has been given those assurances he will build his own team. Ismael need to change things after Yesterday and I wouldn't to see us go 3 at the back at Stoke and 2 up front. The players let him down and the fans aswell, 2 nil down after 7 minutes isn't good enough and I expect much better from us -

All season they been poor.. Our set pieces need massive improvement and I noticed Whitehead seems to be in charge of them. It's not hard how we should set up for them but same with free kicks. You should be heading for Gueye, Carter and Hyam then Ohashi, etc feed of that. Not rocket science tbh -

agreed with @arbitro comments. People need to give him a chance just like they did with JDT, Mowbray and Eustace. Its been 2 games FFS and some of the comments on here are truly embarrassing yet again. Judge Ismael on his spell here and not at fucking Barnsley. far too people judge people on other people opinions. -

Pears was weak as hell and as you said bottled it. You expected much better from him now, given his experience and knowledge of this league. Not good enough -

What a shambles of performance to be honest, Before the game started and seeing the team, I expect us to fly out of the blocks, attack them and press them, but we got a very different start. The start to the game was nothing more than shit show and how can our centre backs and Pears not deal with such a simple ball into the box and being bullied by Yates and Harkness is utter pathetic. Pears flapping again and tbh, I have had enough of it now and it got to stop. The number 1 priority this summer is new number 1 keeper who can command the box, good reflexes, communicate and quickly distribution the ball. Second goal similar. After Karbgo went off and we changed shape and we got back into the game and we created 2 very good chances and Ohashi should have scored and Ohashi created Gueye's chance and he took it well. If we had another 10-15 mins to this half I think we would have scored half, You can tell after Gueye scored the Derby defence was shaking. Second half, I expect us to put more crosses into the box and caused them more problems but we didn't. We didn't look to get into Gueye more but didn't, apart from Ohashi chance, we created very little, Our wing backs Brittain and Ribeiro far too deep second half and Brittain lack confidence to take his man on and put the ball into the box. Apart from Travis and Gueye plus Ohashi, no one else get more than 4/5 I expect much better today and I witness players lacking passion, desire, confidence. I really hope they are hurting after that performance cos I am for sure. Ismael needs to change more than he has done whether its 3 at back or change personnel but it need to happen now. The fans today were magnificent and never stop backing their job, Derby fans are very arrogant and cocky. Derby stewards very good and good banter. I am hoping for a much better result and performance on Wednesday night. I would make a few changes for this game and I discuss further in the Stoke match thread. -

Quick Summary from me, before a bigger report later when back. Very poor performance. Created very little apart 2 chances which Gueye took one and Ohashi in the first half. Second half, not good enough, created little, Wing backs too deep, Not using Gueye enough. Poor. For their goals, they bullied us and Pears flapping again hurt us. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Cost us the game. Need to be much better on Wednesday at Stoke. More in depth report later. -

The clubs wanted more revenue from the TV rights, only way it was ever achievable was more games on TV, Fairly logical business. Dazn sports want to put every game on TV. I'm sure they were other interested from TV. Most pubs will have different sports and will both football games. People who supports that team and maybe fans who team play them next. Or someone like myself who will watch like Blackpool or Stanley cos they are mates team or my local club. No I just dont like Format and structure of the European competitions hence why I don't watch them anymore. No I don't have TNT sports cos cost wise it not worth for the coverage of Sports they actually have. Yes I have Sky Sports cos for the football but also for cricket, F1 and Darts. I take it you paid for both Sky Sports and TNT Sports? -

Games in the EFL have always played on Friday night. Going back to when we get promotion under Souness from this league to championship. EFL clubs wanted more revenue from TV rights and required more games available for coverage. Simple business. I am inconvenience myself by games during the week given I work nights but I accepted years ago, that's how football is going and football is a 7 day a week sport nowadays not just a Saturday 3pm kick off sport. Just imagine if instead of 7 games on Saturday dinner time they spend it around the weekend with games at 8pm on Saturday night or 7pm on Sunday, just imagine the outrage at that. -

why are bringing PL games in the conversation? not everyone follow the PL. Also the PL is global brand and yes we do have the best league in the world whether you believe it or not and why its has global audience whether its Japan or Australia or USA or Canada or Dubai if we are doing that why are moving games to Europa league or conference league games on Thursday? or does that matter cos you loved UEFA tournaments bollocks.
