Farke was head coach at Norwich and Their Sporting Director Stuart Webber picked Farke as head coach and work with him on signings. Webber had the contacts in Germany and he vastly improved their scouting network and together they got Norwich promoted twice. Webber did their signings but worked with Farke on them

If Nixon list of Farke, Ainsworth, Carvalhal, Hughton and couple of surprises on the shortlist is correct. Then I would like to know who these 2 surprises names are. Not at all. Mowbray should have took at least a playoff place if not second place. But unwillingness to learn and adapt cost us massively. Meaning we missed out. I do think they need to improve the management structure but I don't think anywhere near as worst as previous years when Shaw, Agnew were here.

Venkys can be blamed for some things but are they to blamed for Mowbray throwing away our top 6 finish or his stubbornness on not changing tactics sooner enough to secure this place. He has had 4 years to build a squad here ready for promotion and top 6 finish. He failed on both accounts. He is decent mid table manager but we need much better if we want get promotion. The club were right not to hold talks over a new contract till after the seasons ends and to be honest we need to move on from him and bring in a better replacement. His contract shouldn't be renewed at all now Cos it is happening. You make not want to be believe it but it is starting to happen. Plenty of managers will be sending their CV's in and agents will be forwards the clients to Waggott and the club. Its down to him and Pasha to find the right appointment

Cocu did well in Holland and did ok at Derby in their first season but awful in the second. I feel alot of that was down to Mel Morris. He does promote academy players into the first team. I think he will be interviewed by Rovers. Who says we are using HSH anymore?

I watched the game back last night on Rovers TV Blimey it was his first game in the championship. Give him some leeway, I'm sure Lenihan and Nyambe first game at this level weren't perfect and I'm sure people weren't convince about Pickering after the first game against Swansea at Ewood Park.
