Jokanvic is Qatari club Al-Gharafa. So likely to be millions per season out there. We wont be matching their wages Monk wont get a job soon after the claims clubs have made about him and his agent Do you really think he would drop down to the championship? Big fan of the sporting director and Head coach structure. Something we should be looking at

Mowbray deserved time and patience from us. He has put the pride into the club and rebuilt a club after previous managers at the club. But its a results business and Mowbray need to produce. When talking about replacements people need to remember don't pay big wages like some other championship. I was around at some friends last night and we started discussing possible replacements for Mowbray after one of them thought Mowbray couldn't get us top 6 this season for a number of reasons including a lack of experience championship defender like Jansson or Hector. His Choice was David Moyes but accepted that was unlikely due to his wage demands. We said that Hughton was unrealistic due to his wages and the fact he turned down Sheff Wed job cos he was a PL job. Rowett was discussed but we were put off by his failure at Stoke. Pulis is yesterday man and football has move on from his boring style of management. Adkins was discussed as possible replacement. I suggested us moving towards a sporting director/head coach structure which would be my preference as I have discussed the merits on here. My choice to replace Mowbray if he was sack would be Damien Johnson as head coach and bring in a sporting director like Mike Rigg(who is at Burnley but doesn't seem to be influence signings there) or Brentford Phil Giles to focus on the recruitment and scouting side of the club allowing someone like Johnson to focus on the training ground stuff like Tactics, Training, etc. I will say this again to be clear and that no one miss understands what I have say I am still backing Mowbray 100% and I really hope he turns results around. But above I have discussed what I would do if he did leave

I watched the game on Facebook yesterday and I felt it was a better overall performance than Charlton's performance. We pressed highly and close down much more. But didn't created a proper clear cut chances. work in progress for me Williams and Tosin look good at centre back. Johnson got worst as the game when on. Travis shouldn't have been subbed off. Thought Dack was awful. I would like to see 4-4-2 next week. Its appears that Mowbray is moving on from the team last season and the style of play and team selection.

wasn't Bennett and Graham both signed in the same month under Lambert

No Williams didn't play any pre season. I said on here and other social media that I would have took Dack off before Armstrong or Downing. He was awful. I always think we need 3 centre midfielders against Fulham cos of the way they play Travis didn't track his runner(Charlton left wing back) and His marking of Taylor wasn't good enough. I wouldn't drop Travis

Mulgrew's wages I am led to believe are somewhere 18k plus Bonuses. I'm not so sure. Depends how well he plays at Wigan on loan and also what his wife and kids want to do tbh. I know your dislike for Mowbray and Waggott Mercer, but come on your campaign on them is starting to look like Piers Morgan's campaign against ECB and Cook for his friend Kevin Pietersen -
Lenihan should be captain with Johnson as vice Captain. Bennett shouldnt be captain atm. Lenihan is the future

I'm a fan of the Director of football/head coach structure. Look how it worked so well for Norwich. Webber record of signings there and Huddersfield is excellent. I mention Brentford structure and how well its serves them. Hopefully we will bring in this structure after Mowbray reign here. Mowbray is losing the dressing room? Not sure at all of this. He is right to get rid of Mulgrew. Hopefully we will sign Cunningham permanently next summer. Mowbray has 9 months to find a new number 1 keeper and number 2 keeper. Plus 3 and half months to find a centre back who is a leader on the back sadly the game isn't played on paper. Look at how much Stoke spent last season and finished behind us. How many of us tipped Norwich to win the league last season Swansea lost James and McBurnie Fulham look very strong and pleased I put my money on them winning league. Sheffield Wednesday recruited well. Unsure about Bristol City as they have lost Adam Webster. Leeds have lost Jansson, Roofe and Clarke(but loaned back). -

my view on the transfer window as a whole. Johnson - Very happy with this signing. Impressed in the 1st game. Cunningham - delighted with this signing. quality player. Hopefully we signed him permanently next summer. Downing - ok signing. Bring experience and should be squad player. decent 1st game. Walton - ok signing but expected an experience keeper like Pantilimon or Ruddy or Darlow. I hope Walton turned into a good signing. was never 1st choice target at the start of summer but well down the list for me. Abarabioyo - Big tall centre back. played out of position at WBA mostly. Hopeful he turns out to be the centre back we need. Gallagher - Like him as player and but have to question why we signed him if we didn't have the funds for experience centre back that we need like Hector, Cooper, Burn. Then sign someone like Gary Hooper or Frazier Campbell on a free. Disappointed we didn't bring in another centre back today even if it was Ben Heneghan from Sheff Utd as back up centre back if Abarabioyo and Lenihan will be 1st choice. Also felt we need right back in this window like Sam Byram or even Experience full back Alan Hutton. Also would have hoped we could have got rid of Smallwood, Samuel, Evans. Hopefully Mulgrew has gone as I feel he has gone backwards as a player over the past 6 months of the season. so I would rate this window as between 5.5 out 10. The Pressure is on Mowbray to deliver results from the fans now. I don't feel that he is currently under any extra pressure from owners or have a certain amount of points total after so many games. I wouldn't be surprise if we bring in 1 our 2 out of contract players in the next few days -
