  1. 2-0- the game’s gone, and as a result, so has this season… and my season ticket, for next year. There’s only so many annual capitulations I can take, and this is the final straw. I feel for the lads who’ve gone. #SellTheBastardClubVenkys
  2. Maybe Suhail’s made him a first team coach?
  3. It was very low on numbers. For the time being, I’ll keep the Facebook page running I’ve set up, but it’ll be the last Zoom meeting for a while.
  4. A quick reminder about tonight, boys and girls. I really want to try and get this protest movement going tonight, and apply some pressure on the owners.
  5. It might explain why we were so poor away at Plymouth and Oxford too. We looked way off it in those games too. Can someone ask this at the next club-trust meeting?
  6. Think you’re forgetting that Swedish chap we had. He made Pears look alright🤣
  7. I’ve just arrived after back from watching it, in the land of sheep. What an appalling afternoon! Off the top of my head: Pears- forget promotion with him in goals- he’s not good enough. Dolan- struggled with the physicality against him, once again. Hedges- needs sending on loan to Accrington or somewhere. Should never put on a Rovers shirt again. On a positive note- Adam Forshaw seems to be improving. He played reasonably well in that first half. They nearly all looked off it though. Without making excuses, someone mentioned the fact they’d got the bus down this morning though- was that the case? I
  8. I’ve heard this too. I can’t remember where, but it might have been the Lancs Telegraph?
  9. Never fear- this man (with no previous football experience) is about to decide whether we give it a right good go, between now and May. Ll
  10. Well folks, no one turned up at the meeting. I’ll try and arrange a different time for next week, in an attempt to increase the numbers.
  11. Not overly confident on this one either, but I seem to remember him building his Boro team on a sold backline, which is exactly what we have currently. This could be the reasoning behind it.
  12. Disagree completely- he’s been our best manager since we come down. If they’d have backed him, we’d have gone up and done something.
  13. It probably has at the minute, but that’ll be down to the fact we’ve won 2 on the bounce. WATR are doing things behind the scenes, but aren’t a protest movement.
  14. This is the man who controls the money, I’m led to believe. If he says there’s no money to clean up the stadium, it doesn’t get done.
  15. The worst thing about it all? It just needs a blast with a jet wash.
  16. Here’s something interesting I’ve come across. This is all the spending and outgoings (on players) since 2010. If only we saw some of the £70 million on players! To put some context to it, out of 50 odd clubs, we’re second only to Swansea, for the money we bring in from player sales, since 2010.
  17. Forget Waggot- chants MUST be aimed at Suhail today. He is the representative of the owners. He will be at the game. Waggot doesn’t even speak to Venky’s from what I can gather. Suhail needs his own chant. He hates the spotlight, from what I’ve been heard. Also, not expecting a massive uptake on the posters yet. We only formed a couple of days ago! Give it a few weeks though.
  18. I’ve found and purchased a press photographer’s picture on Alamy. It’s time the supporters of our club knew who this man was.
  19. 60 odd on Facebook, and a few attended the meeting the other night. It’s not massive, but considering we only formed this week, I think that’s a good start! Moving forward, we intend to advertise the Facebook page in Pune, India using Facebook’s advertising tool. The message will be simple- sell the club. I feel it’s the best way to pressure the owners into selling the club, and will have far more impact than invading the pitch/ other law break activities. We also won’t be impacting the playing staff.
  20. . West Brom- ❌ I couldn’t believe how poor they were the other night. Mowbray loves bottling a play off spot too! Bristol City- ❌ They’ll fall short playing against the teams near the top, and it’ll cost them. Boro- ❌ Too inconsistent and I think them missing out will see Carrack leave his role. For me, I think we’re fighting it out against: Coventry- Lampard seems to have them on a roll . Sheff Weds- They’ll be there or there abouts, unless Danny Rohl takes a leaf out of Eustace’s. Their owner’s off his trolly. QPR- They looked good again tonight, against Derby, and are on a decent run. Whilst it’s a disaster at the club behind the curtains, we can only hope that a new manager bounce and players returning will spur us on.
  21. Has anyone got the picture of him, from the Wolves game, sat next to Waggot? I’m wanting a better picture, than the shoulder picture I’ve got him. Someone posted it on here, but I can’t find it! Also, I’m hearing tonight- from a good source within the club- that he absolutely hates the spotlight. From the same source, I’ve also heard he was apart of the ticket checking, at one of the recent home games. This is what we’re dealing with, folks!
