  1. True, having a crafty crank in the middle of the postal order will probably get you thrown out
  2. Strange request this one. Anybody know where I cab watch Alan Bennett's 'Cream Cracker under the settee' online ? It's a monologue starring Thora Hird and is genius. I could buy the series from Play for a tenner but would like to watch it earlier. Any clues ? Ta -
  3. Ok, all our new mods. Ergo personal insults eh ?
  4. Same thing then ?
  5. Thought you were dead
  6. Watched it the other night. Felt really 'Spielbergy' at first, 70's, geeky kids, aliens, cycles, shy kid trying to impress the girl etc etc. Second half it's all over the place (and he should have kept that locket).
  7. Help ! Can anyone name this blues sample ??!! Ignore the rappy nonsense, just need a clue about the blues song. Sounds a bit like Jake la Botz but it's driving me mad ! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HtkX2uS_EEc
  8. Sad to see anyone die but wrestling ? Pantomime more like. One of American wrestling's biggest fans demonstrates the long term effects of following the 'sport'
  9. This is the Horden Rake we're talking about ?
  10. Awful, awful, awful, the original's fantastic though. Biggest film of the summer ? Super 8. You heard it here first
  11. 'Wanted' just retired John Woo. Bloody irritating though
  12. Someone's comments after watching that slug Prescott on Top Gear,
  13. You could always buy a wig ?!
  14. I get my haircut just a bit further up ! (my mate in Belgium thought 'Northenden' was a comedy name for a small town in the north!)
  15. That's a comedy, right ? Take a look at this >
  16. Where is it on Livesey Branch ?
  17. Melting in Altrincham, thankfully.
  18. Took my daughter to a screening of Tron at Cheshire Oaks last night. The first half plods a bit then halfway through Michael Sheen pops up as demented nightclub owner, a weird mix of Joel Gray and Clockwork orange. It all starts from there really but overall very dark and the 3D's rubbish. A younger cgi Jeff Bridges, reminded me of that motion capture Beowulf.
