  1. Flopse, I don't agree with the sentiment. Sorry to be so negative about this, but; Cole, probably the pick of the bunch. Yorke, virtually given to us by United, and even 13+ games in still hasn't linked up well with Cole. Matty, can't wait for him to return, although I'm worried that the fall may have affected him too much. Grabbi, enough written on that subject already, Ostenstad, not bad recently, but how many offers have we had ? Just because the strikers we had before were awful, doesn't make the present crew great. I just don't know where the goals are going to come from, Duff and Tiny probably.
  2. Oh dear, you're not a happy bunny are you? You should learn to take it easy. It's difficult Colin when you struggle with your grammar.
  3. At the risk of bringing you down to earth, and invoking my immediate ban from this site, ten yellow cards a messenger from every mod- I will not levy a personal insult at you. However, less of this 'filth' business. I have friends and relatives who work at Northgate and find it offensive. If your uncle is a publican and your relationship with the licencing authorities consists of language like that, I would venture it is a down market establishment.
  4. Agreement there then.
  5. Listened to a Celtic fan on Talksport earlier this evening on Rob Mcaffrey's show. He admitted they were surprised at how we went at them in the first leg, and how it brought home the quality in the Premier league as oposed to the SPL. As much as I hope for a win to knock them out, I really believe that O'Neill will have learned a sharp lesson from the 'first half', and will be better prepared for Ewood. Hartson etc have a lot to prove to their club and will be desperate to impress, and we have no forwards whatsoever. Sorry lads, I think we are going to get thumped unless superthommo goes snapping at their wee ir.. sorry scottish ankles.
  6. Spot on. Watching it on telly last night, that ground was as quiet as John Leslie. Oh aye, loads of singing before the match started, sea of green, packed stadium, etc, etc yawn Soon after kick off they realised that they were being outplayed. outpassed, outfought. They only chanting to be heard "Can you hear the Celtic sing nooo, nooo" from a tiny blue and white section of prickhead. It's OK being a big club when you play in a pub league, but last night coming up against a Premier League club they were well and truly found out. If we play like that for the second leg with a little more luck in front of goal - I predict an easy victory, and a nice line of rovers fans up craven's brow waving their coaches back to the M65.
  7. 'North West Tonight' showed a few rovers fans singing in a pub. Debs, beige jumper and black rimmed specs ?? :'> If so, who were you with ?!
