Without a Certificate Of Authenticity from the club you are buying in good faith only. A former work colleague of mine once collected a “signed match ball” from a Premier League club & he watched it be signed…by the folks in the office who each had mastered copying a player or two’s autographs!!! His faith in human nature was destroyed…🤷‍♂️

Never knowingly undersold…

M’learned colleague @rog of the rovers pointed out to me that you can make out the Macron logo through the white half which suggests it’s a dark logo on a white half at the front. My response to that was along the lines that my relationship to Rovers is at best fragile momentarily & a non-reversed halves home shirt in our 150th year might be the straw that breaks this camel’s back 🤦‍♂️😆

Yes…but need to find a supplier who will do short order runs to a precise, bespoke design at an attractive price point…👍

We are always thinking about merch opportunities - the challenge on so many of them is that they need a minimum production run to make them viable & we can’t afford to speculate & be left with loads of unsold stock. What I will say is that I have always fancied a 1950’s style Rovers shirt myself & if I want one then I’m motivated to keep investigating…

I think there is a clue in the marketing material…one badge for each kit. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Maltese Cross is on the 150th kit. The 1970’s red rose, the town crest & the classic Rovers badge being the others…

Last year I was asked by Fraser Read if I wanted to participate in helping gather feedback for the 150th kits. We had a great meeting at Ewood prior to a home game, I wrote up loads of notes/photos & sent them to Fraser. Shortly afterwards he left Rovers & all communication with that group ceased so I’ve no idea what will finally emerge frankly. The plan was for 3 regular season kits & a special edition shirt (like the 125th) for the anniversary. If it doesn’t happen like that…then somebody prevented it…
