Palmer got branded as a show pony early but his work rate has been good recently. Because of his languid style on the ball it’s reslly noticeable when he gives the ball away but I like that he’s always looking to make things happen.

The romantic in me wants to see him back but realistically his chances of making it are getting slimmer

. The thing is though it’s said the criticism is a sign of a modern fan but I remember Ferguson, Grabbi and Davies being questioned whilst being supported in the stadium.
