Best to take with a pinch of salt anyone who claims to be in the know these days, people on here and twitter from random blokes with connections, National and local journos on the whole have been way off this window with the odd exception on individual signings. Have to say I much prefer it this way as well. Edit - have to say I think Chapman will come as well, it’s an easy assumption to make really.

I think it’s potentially that’s it’s just a little anticlimactic that’s all. Earlier in the window I wasn’t clamouring for his signing however I think at this point he’d certainly improve the squad and on that basis be a welcome addition.

I’d go for a strong team, no need to rest many at this point let’s get a win and some confidence. Dack is one I am unsure of as he is pivotal to us so would we want to risk him but he’s looki marginally unfit so more game time may be good. i think he’ll start both Palmer and Rothwell though with them swapping between central and out wide.

Imagine he’ll get a game for them on Tuesday in the ‘whateveritscalled Cup’

I think we have enough to be ok, we don’t want to be looking over our shoulders at any point though so would be lovely to have a good start and get the first win quickly

Really really poor first half, then a really good 30 mins followed by seeing the game out. People say not to worry about not bringing a striker in because we have time well todays game was today - before we have signed one and Graham was dead on his feet with 25 left and no replacement in sight. This will be an unpopular opinion but Travis needs a season on loan he needs to learn the game in his short spell today his decision making was bothersome although he has the attributes. Also Raya’s kicking was appalling Not catastrophic but disappointing result.
