No doubt but I would wager there were more chants at Wells in the first half than towards our lot, it’s a two way street and overall the fans have been superb this season it’s just a bug bear of mine Ive just gone into grumpy old man mode and try to distract my lad when the chants of ‘xxx sh*gs his mum’ start

Guess the last time and place they kept a clean sheet away -

The more I reflect the more gutted I am about today, the first half saw little impetus with the Blackburn end chanting more about Nakhi Wells than any of our lot and the game was going nowhere then there was a real surge of energy with Dack coming on, such a sucker blow for that to happen next. Really need to react positively and thrash Rooney and co now -
Imagine if we had as many chants for our players as we do whenever an ex Burnley player is spotted

Not critical but has anyone else noticed Kaminski’s distribution has got markedly worse recently? -

If someone else took that and missed people would be saying Dack should have taken it As soon as it was given Travis made a move to get the ball to Dack, he was always going to take it I wish it was more Julian Dicks than Jason Wilcox mind -

Buckley annoyed me today, so casual it borders on arrogance -

Don’t let Gavin Ward shield that, you get what you deserve at times Sick for Dack though -

How many players are good enough for the premier

I think he’d do a job as a lower premier league right back; not as a wing back for sure though -

Van Hecke and Nyambe and that’s your lot IMO There’s a lot of average players in the Premier League but at present most of ours are a way off sadly -

Damning with faint praise I know but at least Gallagher won a few headers, got stuck in and won a couple of free kicks in decent positions - Giles did nothing apart from get in a decent position, remember he has no right foot, cut back and then lose it. The folly of Mowbray playing him on the right! He was far from his best yesterday again and frustrates but I still think there’s a player in Gally and he comes in for more than his share of the blame at times, real shame his goal at weekend was chalked off. -

93 minutes in, 0-0 we win a corner, Lenihan, Wharton and Van Hecke motioning furiously not to take it short; so we go short and it comes to nothing. 94 minutes Dolan wins a corner from nothing, one last chance, set piece specialist Ronnie Pickering curls it out of play Pitiful -

Not sure why when Rothwell broke Travis just jogged rather than make any attempt to get up with him -

Buckley misses a sitter then it looked like Gally had an easy chance and headed backwards -

JRC is no Nyambe, so far out of position when they break and not fast enough to get back -

With his style though he’s always going to have a better chance running at pace and crossing on his better foot rather than having to cut inside and slow down etc -
In fairness when playing in the false 9 he’s got the energy to get himself into the right positions it’s just too often the pass doesn’t come to him, had a tap in against QPR if Giles squared it. 3 goals, 3 assists and a couple of penalties won this season isn’t what he’d be targeting but he’s certainly an asset to us
