  1. Absolutely. So easy to pigeon hole us as little old rovers by removing all the history and peddling mediocrity as some kind of success. Shithouses, the lot of em.
  2. There's too many of them to be 'plants' and if they do class themselves as 'fans' it's important to win as many hearts and minds as possible through reasoned discussion. Unfortunately, I honestly believe if Waggott was balls deep in their wives the FB crew would still support him.
  3. Just tried to 'educate' on Facebook based on the sponsorship still available. I despair, really I do. Unfortunately these so called fans will end up with the club they deserve unless they wise up.
  4. The worry for me is that any legitimate (and awkward) questions posed will be shouted down by the 'super fans' in attendance. These idiots are as much the enemy as the gobshites running (ruining) the club.
  5. Need to get Big Ron back on the punditry with classics like 'early doors' and 'gives him the lollipop' for the stepover.
  6. I'd never heard of him until earlier today. I'm quite liking him now though.
  7. It's a bugger that search function isn't it?!!!
  8. Just listened to it, he wasn't to be denied there was he?!!
  9. I'm coming round to thinking they're deliberately decimating the fanbase so they can tell the owners to flog Ewood as it's too big for us and to build a 'state of the art' 10,000 capacity shoebox at Whitebirk.
  10. 5 pages only at HT in a match thread. That's apathy for you.
  11. Mid 80s Moorland were top of the tree, beat Pleckgate in the schools final on the hallowed turf in 1984. Captained by the best schoolboy midfielder at that time, Neil Otley, with the stardust added by the sublime talent of Craig Moss. We were some side I tell thee.
  12. Just catching up with this thread and think I've worked out who your younger brother is. Yes, he was bloody good.
  13. Stewart Downing in 4th. Let that one sink in.....
  14. Tommy Doc (Wolves manager at the time) got some real grief in that game....'who's up Mary Brown'
  15. I was on the DE enclosure that day, what a great game. Seem to remember Alan McInally warming up in front of us with what looked like a boiler suit on.
  16. The flip side there is that is with a couple of back to back results they can move up the table very quickly.
  17. Someone mentioned Jonson Clarke Harris of Peterborough earlier in the thread. I like him, think he's capable of a step up at least one level but, for me, not as good as his strike partner Smodicz. He's a better all round player for me but weighs in with his fair share of goals too.
  18. Should we set up a Zoom or Teams call to set out some sort of plan. As @Leonard Venkhatersays, there are people who report on what is said on here and our cards need to be held tight to our chests.
  19. I'm with you. I feel stupid being tricked into thinking I could hold a debate with you on the subject following your earlier inflammatory comment. I'll learn.
  20. Yes, maybe it does. That being the case you could potentially try to win hearts and minds on here seeing as we're such a tough crowd and not representative of the majority view. Outline all the positives and we'll go from there.
  21. Some might say, job done, as they disappear back into the shadows
  22. TM will be lording it over the possession stats. To be honest I think the only chance we have of getting rid of him is by hiring Henri Paul as his driver.
