  1. Wrong link pal https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-bristol-45182868?intlink_from_url=https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/uk-england-bristol-45146184&link_location=live-reporting-story

  3. Put your foot down with her pal, Rovers isn’t a way of life it’s a religion. (To Mark in the post above the last!)
  4. Mine was a constructive suggestion though? Anyway, let’s leave things as they are with a poor atmosphere due to in part to too many spectators as against “sound contributing attendees.” Do you feel better now? I wonder who will be moved when the owners decide which part of the ground is next for closure, my money is on the Riverside shutting. Watch this space. I think some may care to read my comment again carefully as haste to reply is no excuse for inaccuracy, oh and I always know where my feet are pal but thanks anyway. ☺️
  5. It’s covering the exit to the tunnel that us Darren Enders are going to use to sneak back in when no one is looking. ?
  6. Your filling in a lot of words in my sentences there! When was the last time a song was sung in the JWU?
  7. I agree with that definition completely.
  8. Hey don't take it personal as it wasn't intended to be. I was merely making the point that there are far more quiet spectators in the BE now than vocal supporters. There looked to be about 4K in their yesterday but very quiet; were not going to the cinema, it's a football match and the noise a crowd makes will help the players. Maybe if the silent spectators were moved to other parts of the BE and for example make two whole blocks singing sections it would help?
  9. Would you agree that If you turn up to watch an event and sit in silence without interacting in any way then you may be classed as a spectator?
  10. It’s not a singing section pal, we had one where you were sat but the club got rid of it and didn’t help by moving everyone involved. People who used to sit there just decided to move to the area where the drummer was of their own choice, the club didn’t facilitate anything. Youve got great support by the way and I don’t buy into all this all Millwall fans are thugs.
  11. Your obviously a staunch Blackburn Ender Matty as I once was so good luck in your attempt to covert spectators into supporters then. I dont think that the addition of a 100 singers from the Darwen End as you put it will make much difference though. On a side note I quite liked my view from the back row of the JWL.
  12. They’ll have an interview process where three candidates are short listed for a decision and then give him the job regardless.
  13. To be honest the singing was a bit quiet at first but as the game developed and in particular near the end of the second half the atmosphere had noticeably risen. I did notice a good few people around where I was sat who appeared to be existing JWL supporters getting a bit more involved. It’s early days yet and as a Millwall fan posted earlier the drummer doesn’t half annoy the away fans so it’s worth persevering with for that reason alone! There were about 800 Millwall fans in the Darwen End yesterday and they were quite loud. There looked to be about 4000 in the BBE and apart from a couple of exceptions you couldn’t hear them, FIVE times as many. In my opinion there are too many spectators and not supporters in the BBE and that was the problem to begin with which necessitated setting up the singers section in the DE. If anyone now wants to move from the JWL to the BBE then I hope you get a seat in an area which has more supporters than spectators or I fear that you may be disappointed. By comparison 4000 Rovers away supporters make a very loud noise. The Blackburn End isn’t what it used to be and to the credit of those that set up the original Darwen End group originally then they deserve praise for their attempts to increase the atmosphere and the support to the team on the pitch which is what we all want anyway I think it’s a bit early to be throwing the towel in

  15. No we would have won it if Dack had played behind Kane and Gareth had left that Sterling fella out.
  16. Back in the days of the old stand I would imagine.
  17. You know what J, I believe you’ve got the makings of a good manager!
  18. Thanks pal, don’t be a stranger to this board as you seem a decent sort and other clubs fans who are like you are always welcome.
  19. I do the same whenever I find a good one surfing the web. I was kind of hoping it was your original when I would beg you to upload some more! Never mind, cheers pal.
